Abstract

Moist wound healing adalah metode mempertahankan kelembaban luka dengan menggunakan bahan balutan penahan kelembaban. Secara klinis memiliki keuntungan meningkatkan proliferasi dan migrasi dan sel-sel epitel di sekitar lapisan air yang tipis, meningkatkan sintesa kolagen serta dapat mengurangi kehilangan cairan pada permukaan luka. Betaine polyhexanide 0.1% adalah cairan yang digunakan untuk membersihkan dan melembabkan luka dan sebagai antibiotik pada luka akut maupun kronis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kelembaban kompres cairan Betaine Polyhexanide 0.1% terhadap jumlah fibroblas luka bakar derajat II A pada tikus putih galur wistar. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan true experimental laboratory dengan metode Randomized Posttest Only Controlled Group Design dilakukan terhadap 25 hewan coba tikus putih galur Wistar jantan. Sampel dibagi dalam lima kelompok, kelompok “Kelembaban 50%” (n=5), kelompok “Kelembaban 60%” (n=5), kelompok “Kelembaban 70%” (n=5), kelompok “Kelembaban 80%” (n=5), dan kelompok “kontrol” (n=5) penelitian dilakukan selama 10 hari. Variabel yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah jumlah fibroblas terhadap tingkat kelembaban kompres cairan Betaine Polyhexanide 0.1% dengan kelembaban 50%, 60%, 70%, dan 80%. Uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov didapatkan nilai signifikansi (p > 0,05) menunjukkan berdistribusi normal. Uji One Way ANOVA didapatkan ada perbedaan signifikan dengan p-value 0.000 (p < 0,05). Uji Post Hoc terbukti adanya pengaruh tingkat kelembaban kompres cairan Betaine Polyhexanide 0.1% dapat meningkatkan jumlah fibroblas. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah perawatan luka bakar derajat II A menggunakan kompres cairan Betaine Polyhexanide 0.1% lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kompres normal salin dalam hal meningkatkan jumlah fibroblas. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, disarankan untuk penelitian selanjutnya untuk menentukan dosis optimum penggunaan cairan Betaine Polyhexanide 0.1% untuk perawatan luka bakar derajat II A dilihat berdasarkan pengamatan mikroskopis maupun makroskopis

English Abstract

Moist wound healing is a method of retaining moisture by using a wound dressing material retaining moisture. Clinically has the advantage of increasing the proliferation and migration and epithelial cells around a thin layer of water, increasing the synthesis of collagen and reduce the loss of fluid on the surface of the wound.Betaine polyhexanide 0.1% is a liquid that is used to cleanse and moisturize the wound and as antibiotics in acute and chronic wounds. This study aimed to determine the effect of fluid compresses the moisture level of Betaine Polyhexanide 0.1% of the amount of fibroblasts Burns Grade II A white rats of wistar strain. This study design used the true experimental laboratory methods Posttest Only Randomized Controlled Group Design conducted on 25 white rats Wistar male. The samples were divided into five groups, the group "Humidity 50%" (n = 5), the "Humidity 60%" (n = 5), the "Humidity 70%" (n = 5), the "Humidity 80%" (n = 5), and the "control" (n = 5) research carried out for 10 days. The variables measured in this study the number of fibroblasts to compress liquid moisture level Betaine Polyhexanide 0.1% with humidity of 50%, 60%, 70%, and 80%. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov obtained significant value (P> 0.05) showed a normal distribution. One Way ANOVA test found no significant difference with p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Post Hoc test proved the influence of fluid compresses the moisture level of 0.1% Betaine Polyhexanide could increased the number of fibroblasts. The conclusion of this study is the treatment of second degree burns A used compress fluid Polyhexanide Betaine 0.1% better compared with normal saline compresses fluid in terms of increased the number of fibroblasts. Based on this study, it is suggested to further research to determine the optimum dose of liquid Betaine Polyhexanide 0.1% for the treatment of second degree burns A seen by observation microscopic and macroscopic.
