Abstract

Luka bakarmerupakanmasalah yang seriusdidalamkesehatandunia, khususnya di Negara berkembang (Schwartz). Proses penyembuhanlukaadalah proses biologis yang terjadididalamtubuh proses inidapatdibagidalam 3 faseutamayaitu, inflamasi, proliferasi, dan remodeling (Lizky). Sampaisaatiniperawatanlukabakarmasihmenjaditantanganbagitenagakesehatandika rencanangkakejadianmorbiditasdandisabilitasakibatlukabakarmasihtinggi. Hal inimungkinperawatanlukabakarkurangefektif ( Noer).Makahaltersebutpenelitiinginmenggunakanperawatanlukadenganbetainepoly hexanide 0,1%. Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahuntukmelihatjumlah angiogenesis lukabakarderajat IIA padatikusputih (RattusNovergicus). Penelitianinimerupakanpenelitian experimental laboratorikperawatanlukamenggunakancairanbetainepolyhexanide 0,1% denganberbagaitingkatkelembabanyaitu 50%, 60%, 70% dan 80%. Terdapat 25 tikus yang terbagidalam 5 kelompokyaitu 1 kelompokkontrolmenggunkan normal saline dan 4 kelompokperlakuandenganmenggunakankomprescairanbetainepolyhexanide 0,1% dengankelembaban 50%, 60%, 70% dan 80%, dalammasing – masingkelompoktersebutterdiridari 25 ekortikusdalamsetiapkelompok. Alat yang di gunakanuntukmengukurtingkatkelembabanyaitumenggunakanalatmoistuere meter tipe MD-010. Dari hasilanalisa data mengunkanujione way anova, terdapatnilai 0,000 vii (p<0,05).Dengandemikiandapatdisimpulkanterdapatpengaruhperawatanlukabakarde rajat IIA menggunakankelembaban 80% terhadappeningkatanjumlah angiogenesis.

English Abstract

Burn wound is a serious problem in the health of the world, particularly in developing countries (Schwartz). The process of wound healing is a biological process that occurs in the body. Its process can be divided into three main phases, inflammation, proliferasi, and remodeling (Lizky). Recently, the treatment of burns is still a challenge for medicine personal due to the incidence of morbidity and disability from burns are still high. This might the treatment of burns less effective (Noer). So, researcher wants to use a wound care with betainepolyhexanide 0.1. The research purpose isto see the amount of angiogenesis IIA degree burns on rats (rattusnovergicus). This research was experimental laboratory wound care using betainepolyhexanide 0.1% liquids with different levels of humidity is 50%, 60%, 70% and 80%. There are 25 rats were divided into 5 groups, namely one using the control group of normal saline and 4 treatment groups using a compress liquid betainepolyhexanide 0.1% with humidity of 50%, 60%, 70% and 80%, in each - each group consisted of 5 mice in each group. Tool used to measure the humidity level is using the moistueretool meter type MD-010. From the analysis data used one way ANOVA test, there is a value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Moreover,the conclusion is degree burns treatment effect IIA using humidity of 80%to increase the amount of angiogenesis.
