Abstract
Imunisasi merupakan salah satu bentuk intervensi kesehatan yang sangat efektif untuk menurunkan angka kematian bayi dan balita. Imunisasi dasar mencakup Data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Malang menunjukkan bahwa cakupan imunisasi dasar di Puskemas Pembantu Dinoyo Kelurahan Tunggulwulung adalah 72% dan belum memenuhi target imunisasi dasar yaitu 80%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan keluarga, pengetahuan, dan sikap ibu terhadap kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada anak usia 9-18 bulan di Puskesmas Pembantu Dinoyo Kelurahan Tunggul Wulung Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 56 responden pada bulan Oktober 2015. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan status imunisasi dasar anak di Kartu Menuju Sehat. Analisis hasil penelitian menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Peneliti menemukan bahwa sebagian besar ibu (62%) mendapat dukungan keluarga baik dan sisanya (38%) mendapat dukungan keluarga kurang, sebagian besar ibu (62,5%) memiliki pengetahuan baik, dan 37,5% memiliki pengetahuan cukup dan kurang, serta sebagian besar (61%) ibu memiliki sikap positif terhadap imunisasi dasar dan hampir setengahnya (39%) ibu memiliki sikap negatif terhadap imunisasi dasar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan dukungan keluarga tidak mempengaruhi kelengkapan imunisasi didapatkan p value = 0,800. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap ibu terhadap kelengkapan imunisasi dasar dengan nilai p value masing-masing p value = 0,000 dan p value = 0,027.
English Abstract
Immunization is one of the intervention that very effective for decrease infant and child mortality. Data from Departemen of Health Malang shows that immunization figures in the sub health center Dinoyo of Kelurahan Tunggulwulung is 72% and below the target which 80%. The aim of this research is to analyse the influence of family’s support, mom’s knowledge, and mom’s attitude toward the completeness of basic immunization for children aged 9-18 month in the sub health center Dinoyo of Kelurahan Tunggulwulung, Malang. This research used survey analitic method with cross sectional approach. The sampling method used is total sampling, with a sample size of 56 respondents in October 2015. Data collected by questionnaire and basic immunization status of children in Health Card. Analysis of the research results were using Chi-Square. Researchers found that the majority of mothers (62%) received the good family support, and the others (38%) received poor family support, the majority of mothers (62,5%) have a good knowledge, and 32,5% have enough knowledgeand poor knowledge, as well as most large (61%) of mothers have a positive attitude toward basic immunization and nearly half (39%) of mothers have a negative attitude towards the basic immunization. The analysis showed that family support does not affect the completeness of immunization was obtained p value = 0,800. The analysis showed there are significant knowledge and attitudes of mothers towards completeness of basic immunization with p value of each p value = 0.000 and p value = 0.027.
