While Nursing MIS usage patterns by nurses showed high usage (6.25%), moderate (81.25%) and low (12.5%). Based on Spearmans Rho test with SPSS 16 at the significance level (α = 0.05) was obtained p-value = 0.601 (p-value > 0.05), this means that Ho is accepted and Ha rejected so that it can be concluded that there is no relationship of knowledge about the Management Information System (MIS) with nursing MIS usage patterns in the Saiful Anwar Hospital. Based on this study, it is recommended to use a Nursing MIS optimally in order to improve the quality of nursing care, efficiently and effectively.
