Abstract

Rawat Inap Akan Menimbulkan Berbagai Dampak Pada Anak. Mekanisme Koping Yang Dimiliki Anak Sangat Mendukung Proses Adaptasi. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Menganalisa Pengaruh Aktivitas Bermain Origami Terhadap Perubahan Mekanisme Koping Saat Rawat Inap. Desain Penelitian Yang Digunakan Quasi Experimental Design Dengan Pretest-Posttest Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Populasi Penelitian Adalah Anak Usia Prasekolah Yang Dirawat Di Ruang Nusa Indah Rst Soepraoen Malang Sejumlah 18 Responden. Metode Sampling Yang Digunakan Adalah Dengan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Variabel Penelitian Yaitu Aktivitas Bermain Origami Dan Mekanisme Koping. Pengumpulan Data Dilakukan Dengan Menggunakan Kuesioner Yang Dibagikan Pada Hari Pertama Dan Hari Terakhir Pada Kelompok Kontrol Dan Kelompok Eksperimen. Analisa Data Bivariat Menggunakan Uji Statistik Independent T- Test Dengan Tingkat Signifikansi Α≤0,05. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan 9 Responden Pada Kelompok Eksperimen Mengalami Perubahan Mekanisme Koping Dari Kurang Adaptif Ke Cukup Adaptif, Sedangkan Pada 9 Responden Pada Kelompok Kontrol Tidak Mengalami Perubahan Mekanisme Koping. Hasil Uji Statistik Independent T Test Diketahui Bahwa Nilai Signifikansi (P) Sig (2 Tailed) Adalah 0.000 Atau P < Α (0.< 0.05). Jadi Dapat Disimpulkan Ada Pengaruh Aktivitas Bermain Origami Terhadap Perubahan Mekanisme Koping Pada Anak Prasekolah Saat Menjalani Rawat Inap.

English Abstract

Hospitalization Will Create Various Effects On Children. The Purpose Of This Research Was To Analyze The Influence Of Playing Origami Toward The Using Of Coping Mecanism When Hospitalization. Design Of This Research Was Quasi Experimental Design With Pretest-Posttest Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Population Of This Research Were 18 Respondents Preschool Children Treated In Nusa Indah Rst Soepraoen Malang. Sampling Method Using Purposive Sampling Technique. Variable Of This Research Were Origami Play Activities And Coping Mecanism. Data Collected By Using A Questionnaire Distributed On The First Day And Last Day In The Control Group And The Experimental Group. Bivariate Data Analysis Using Independent T-Test With A Significance Level Α≤0,05. The Results Showed 9 Respondent From Experimental Group Experiencing Change From Less Adaptive Coping Mechanism To Adaptive Enough, Whereas The 9 Respondents In The Control Group Did Not Change Coping Mechanisms. Independent T Test Statistical Results Known That The Value Of Significance (P) Sig (2-Tailed) Was 0.000 Or P <Α (0 <0.05). So It Can Concluded That There Was Influence The Activity Of Playing Origami To Change Coping Mechanisms In Preschool Children When Undergo Hospitalization.
