Abstract

Luka Bakar Adalah Rusak Atau Hilangnya Jaringan Yang Disebabkan Kontak Dengan Sumber Panas. Tanaman Lidah Buaya Termasuk Tanaman Berkhasiat Obat Yang Dapat Digunakan Sebagai Agen Topikal Luka Bakar Yang Baik. Getah Daun Lidah Buaya (Aloe Vera) Mengandung Senyawa Aktif Seperti Saponin, Lignin Dan Aloin Yang Diduga Dapat Meningkatkan Proses Kontraksi Luka, Khususnya Pada Perawatan Luka Bakar Derajat Ii A. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Mengetahui Perbandingan Kontraksi Luka Bakar Derajat Ii A Dengan Pemberian Getah Daun Lidah Buaya Dan Silver Sulfadiazine Pada Tikus Putih. Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Desain True Eksperimental Dengan Metode Randomized Posttest Controlled Group Design Pada 20 Tikus Jantan Yang Dibagi Secara Acak Kedalam 2 Kelompok Yang Diinduksi Luka Bakar Derajat Ii A. Kelompok Dibagi Menjadi Satu Kelompok Perlakuan Dengan Getah Daun Lidah Buaya Dan Satu Kelompok Kontrol Menggunakan Silver Sulfadiazine. Perawatan Luka Dilakukan Selama 14 Hari. Analisa Data Menggunakan Uji T Independent Menunjukkan Bahwa Pemberian Getah Daun Lidah Buaya Dapat Mempercepat Kontraksi Luka Pada Luka Bakar Derajat Ii A Secara Signifikan (P= 0,001 (Α < 0,05)) Dibandingkan Dengan Silver Sulfadiazine

English Abstract

Burns Is Damaged Or The Loss Of Tissue Which Caused By Heat Contact. Aloe Vera Plant Is Belong To Medical Herbs Which Can Be Used As A Good Burns Topical Agents. The Aloe Vera Gel Contains Active Component Such Saponin, Lignin And Aloin That Seems To Be Able To Increase Contraction Process, Especially In Superficial Second-Degree Burns. The Purpose Of This Research Is To Determine The Comparison Of Wound Contraction In Superficial Second-Degree Burns By Using Aloe Vera Gel And Silver Sulfadiazine In White Rat. This Research Use True Experimental Design With Randomized Posttest Controlled Group Design Method In 20 Male Rats Which Divided Randomly Into 2 Groups Which Was Inducted With Superficial Second-Degree Burns. The Groups Was Divide In One Experimental Group With Aloe Vera Gel And The Other Using Silver Sulfadiazine. The Wound Care Was Done Along 14 Days. The Data Analyze Was T Independent Test Show That Wound Care By Using Aloe Vera Gel Can Accelerate Wound Contraction In Superficial Second-Degree Burns More Significantly (P= 0,001 (Α < 0,05)) Than The Silver Sulfadiazine.
