Abstract
Aplikasi komputer “Sukses Ber-KB” merupakan salah satu inovasi alat bantu konseling yang bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan akseptor sehingga dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan penggunaan kontrasepsi oral. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan akseptor kontrasepsi oral terhadap penggunaan alat bantu konseling berupa aplikasi komputer “Sukses Ber-KB” di apotek se-Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling untuk menentukan apotek sebagai tempat penelitian dan teknik purposive sampling untuk menentukan sampel pasien. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang menggunakan standar SERVQUAL. Didapat 18 apotek di 5 kecamatan Malang yang telah sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 106 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata responden merasa puas dengan lima dimensi yang diteliti. Dimensi dengan tingkat kepuasan tertinggi yaitu dimensi daya tanggap dengan persentase sebesar 64,16% dan dimensi dengan tingkat kepuasan terendah yaitu dimensi empati (50%). Nilai Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) Tertimbang sebesar 84,33 menandakan mutu pelayanan dengan kriteria A. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu mutu pelayananan konseling kontrasepsi oral dengan alat bantu konseling berupa aplikasi komputer “Sukses Ber-KB” di apotek Kota Malang sudah sangat baik.
English Abstract
"Sukses Ber-KB" Computer Applications is an innovative counseling tools that aim to increase acceptor knowledge so as to increase the success rate of oral contraceptive use. The purpose of this study is to measure acceptors’ satisfaction to computer applications "Sukses Ber-KB" as a counseling tool at pharmacies in Malang. This study used stratified random sampling technique to determine the pharmacy as a place of research and purposive sampling to determine patient samples. Method of data collection used is questionnaire which used SERVQUAL standard. 18 pharmacies were acquired in 5 sub-districts of Malang which are in accordance with the criteria. The number of samples in this study were 106 respondents. The result of the research examining five dimensions shows that respondents approximately feel satisfied with the highest satisfactory dimension is responsiveness at 64,16% and the lowest is empathy (50%). Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) or satisfactory index value is 84,33, signifying an A criteria for the quality of service. This study conclude that the quality of counseling oral contraceptive service at several pharmacies in Malang with the use of "Sukses Ber-KB" computer application as a counseling tool has been excellent.
