Abstract
Anak usia sekolah dasar termasuk usia perkembangan sehingga membutuhkan nutrisi dengan kualitas maupun kuantitas yang baik dan benar. Kebutuhan gizi tersebut diantaranya dapat dipenuhi melalui kebiasaan sarapan. Asupan makanan sarapan menyumbang terbentuknya energi yang dibutuhkan anak untuk beraktivitas sekaligus untuk pertumbuhannya. Selain itu sarapan dapat mengurangi kemungkinan anak jajan disekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa hubungan antara perilaku sarapan dengan perilaku mengkonsumsi makanan jajanan anak di SDN Kedungsari Kecamatan Temayang Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional. Variabel yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah perilaku sarapan dan perilaku mengkonsumsi makanan jajanan anak. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 74 sampel yang diperoleh melalui teknik stratified random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis Spearman untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara perilaku sarapan dengan perilaku jajanan. Sebagian besar (63,5%) responden di SDN Kedungsari Kecamatan Temayang Kabupaten Bojonegoro selalu sarapan sebelum berangkat kesekolah. Sebanyak (51,4%) responden di SDN Kedungsari Kecamatan memiliki perilaku jajanan kadang-kadang. Hasil uji Spearman menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku sarapan dengan perilaku jajanan anak (p=0,000). Sehingga, perilaku sarapan mempengaruhi perilaku jajanan anak. Perawat komunitas perlu melakukan promosi kesehatan baik pada anak, pihak sekolah, orang tua serta pedagang terkait nutrisi, gizi dan keamanan panganan jajanan yang dijual di sekolah
English Abstract
Children in elementary school age are the children who are in developmental age, thus they need nutrition with good and right quality and quantity as well. The nutritional needs can be filled through breakfast habit. Breakfast food intake assists the formation of energy which children need to do some activities and need for their growth at once. Besides, breakfast can reduce the possibility of children to buy some snacks in school. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between breakfast behavior and children’s snacks consumption behavior in SDN Kedungsari, Temayang, Bojonegoro District. This research used cross sectional method. The variables measured in this research were the breakfast behaviour and children’s snacks consumption behaviour. The numbers of samples in this study a total of 74 samples were obtained through stratified random sampling technique. The data collection was using questionnaires. Research data analysis used Spearman analysis to determine the relationship between the breakfast behaviors and snacks behavior. Most (63.5%) of respondents in SDN Kedungsari, Temayang, Bojonegoro District always having breakfast before heading off to school. A total of (51.4%) of respondents in SDN Kedungsari have occasionally snacks behavior. Spearman test results showed a significant relationship between breakfast behavior and children’s snacks behavior (p = 0.000). Thus, the breakfast behavior influences children’s snacks behavior in SDN Kedungsari, Temayang, Bojonegoro District. Community nurses need to perform health promotion to children, school, parents and merchants related to nutrition, nutrients and safety of snacks sold in school.
