Abstract

Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) merupakan alat bermain yang paling efektif untuk anak usia pra sekolah. Alat Permainan Edukatif dapat mengoptimalkan perkembangan anak dan memiliki nilai pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh APE terhadap perkembangan motorik anak. Desain penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Variabel independen adalah Alat Permainan Edukatif, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah perkembangan motorik anak. Teknik sampling adalahsystematic random sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan perhitungan prevalensi ratio yang menunjukkan hasil 0,957 (<1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Alat Permainan Edukatif mempunyai efek protektif atau pelindung terhadap kemungkinan gangguan perkembangan motorik anak. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada PAUD untuk memiliki APE dengan kualitas yang baik (lengkap dan memenuhi jam keterpaparan).

English Abstract

Educational toys is a tool of play, which is the most effective for pre-school age children. Educational toys can optimize the development of children and contains the value of education. This research was aimed to recognize the effect of educational toys toward motor development of children. Research design was observational analytic with Cross Sectional approach. The independent.variabel is Educational Toys, whilethe dependent variable is the motor development of children. Sampling technique is systematic random sampling. Statistical test using prevalence ratio calculation thatshows the result 0,957 (<1). The result of the study shows that Educational Toys has a protective effect or protection toward motor development of childreninterference. Therefore, it is advisable to EarlyChildhood Development (ECD) to have educational toyswith the best quality (complete and the exposure is fullfilled).
