Abstract
Pesatnya pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada remaja ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya minat terhadap seks. Hal ini terlihat dari perilaku pacaran remaja yang semakin mengarah pada perilaku seksual yang berisiko. Remaja perlu mendapatkan informasi yang benar mengenai proses reproduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis perbedaan efektivitas diskusi kelompok dan penyuluhan pendidikan seksual terhadap perubahan persepsi tentang perilaku seksual siswi SMAN 1 Kandat Kabupaten Kediri. Studi eksperimental menggunakan pre-post test with control group design yang dilakukan terhadap siswi kelas XII IPA. Sampel dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan 48 responden yang terbagi menjadi tiga kelompok, yaitu kelompok diskusi, kelompok penyuluhan, dan kelompok kontrol yang masing-masing n=16. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistika non-parametrik dengan uji Wilcoxon, Kruskal-Wallis, dan Mann Whitney dengan α = 0,05. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan pengetahuan pada kelompok yang diintervensi dengan metode diskusi kelompok dan penyuluhan (p < 0,05), namun tidak terdapat perubahan persepsi pada kelompok intervensi (p > 0,05). Proses timbulnya persepsi dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, antara lain tingkat pengetahuan tentang seksualitas dan pengalaman responden terkait dengan perilaku seksual, serta daya tangkap terhadap suatu stimulus
English Abstract
The rapid growth and development in adolescents indicated by rising interest for sex. It looks how the adolescents behave when they are in relationship that more leads for risky sexual behavior. Adolescents need to have right information about reproductive process. This research aims to identify and analyze the differences in the effectiveness of group discussion and socialization of sexual education toward changes perception about sexual behavior of female students in SMAN 1 Kandat Kediri. Experimental study pre-post test with control group design which conducted to female students in 12th class of science program. This sample selected by using purposive sampling based on the inclusive criteria obtain the 48 respondents who are divided into three groups, namely the group discussion, group counseling, and a control group, each n = 16. Analysis of the data used is a non-parametric statistics with the Wilcoxon test, Kruskal-Wallis and Mann Whitney with α = 0.05. Statistical analysis showed that there is a change the knowledge related sexuality in the intervention group by group discussion and socialization of sexual education methods (p <0.05), but have not yet change the perception of sexual in the intervention group (p> 0.05). The process of encouraging the perception is influenced by various factors, such as the level of knowledge about sexuality and the experience of respondents related to sexual behavior, as well as the perception of the stimulus
