Abstract
Pengukuran kecepatan transpor membran peritoneal pada pasien yang menjalani CAPD sangat berguna dalam penentuan dosis dialisa untuk tercapainya adekuasi. Faktor jenis kelamin, usia, lama CAPD, status diabetes mellitus, dan riwayat peritonitis diduga meningkatkan kecepatan transport membran yang akhirnya menyebabkan ultrafiltrasi yang buruk pada pasien CAPD. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui distribusi tipe kecepatan transpor membran pada pasien CAPD di RSSA Malang dan mengetahui kaitan faktor-faktor tersebut dengan perubahan tipe kecepatan transpor membran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional dengan melakukan pengukuran kecepatan transpor membran dan menentukan tipe membran peritoneal berdasarkan PET (Twardowski) lalu dihubungkan dengan faktor-faktor yang berkaitan. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kecepatan transpor membran pada penelitian ini adalah jenis kelamin (p=0.03). Penelitian ini tidak menemukan perbedaan signifikan (p<0.05) antara pasien DM dan non DM,usia, lama insersi CAPD dan riwayat peritonitis. Tipe membran terbanyak pada pasien CAPD di RSSA adalah high transporter (high dan high average).
English Abstract
Peritoneal membrane transport rate measurement in patients undergoing CAPD is very useful in determining the dialysis dose to achieve adequacy . Gender, age, time on CAPD, diabetes mellitus status, and peritonitis history are suspected making the peritoneal transport rate increase and making a poor ultrafiltration for CAPD patients. Purposes of this study is knowing peritoneal membrane rate type distribution in CAPD patients in Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang, and analyze the influence of gender, age, time on CAPD, diabetes mellitus status, and peritonitis history to the changes of peritoneal membrane transport rate type. This study is a cross-sectional study by measuring peritoneal membrane transport rate and determine peritoneal membran transport rate type based on PET (Twardowski) then determine its related factors. Factors that related to membran transport rate in this study is gender (p=0.03). In this study there is no significant result (p<0.05) between diabetes mellitus patients and non diabetes mellitus patients, age, time on CAPD insersion, and peritonitis history. The most common peritoneal membrane type in CAPD patients in RSSA is high transporter (high dan high average)
