Abstract
SOP (standar operasional prosedur) adalah standar yang harus di jadikan acuan dalam memberikan setiap pelayanan. Kelalaian perawat dan pengetahuan yang kurang dalam melakukan tindakan tidak sesuai SOP akan membahayakan bagi perawat maupun klien. Pada saat ini kebanyakan SOP di rumah sakit masih paper based dan tersimpan di badan kendali mutu yang merupakan hambatan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang SOP itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen (SIM) terhadap pengetahuan tentang SOP. Penelitian ini menggunakan design quasy eksperimen dengan pre-post one group only, dengan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling didapatkan 16 sampel serta analisis data dengan wilcoxon ranks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan tentang SOP keperawatan sebelum aplikasi SIM keperawatan adalah kategori baik 43,7% (7 orang), kategori cukup 50% (8 orang), serta 6,25% (1 orang) dalam kategori kurang sedangkan pengetahuan SOP setelah aplikasi SIM kategori baik 62,5% (10 orang), kategori cukup 37,5% (6 orang). Pada analisis wilcoxon ranks test dengan SPSS 16 pada tarap signifikansi (α = 0,05) didapatkan nilai p valuenya = 0,001 (p valuenya< 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh aplikasi SIM keperawatan terhadap pengetahuan tentang SOP di ruang anak Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang. Disarankan untuk diaplikasikannya SIM keperawatan untuk semua rumah sakit termasuk RSSA yang didalamnya memuat kontens SOP yang lebih praktis, efektif dan fleksibel
English Abstract
SOP (standard operating procedure) is a standard that must be used by the nurses as guidance for every nursing procedure. Any negligence and lack of understanding about the procedure written in the SOP will be harmful to the client and the nurse it self. Nowdays, SOP is still in the form of paper and kept inside the quality control office which becomes an obstacle to access it. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the usage of management information system (MIS) app on the nurses’ understanding to the SOP. A quasy study experiment with pre-post one group only was used. There were 16 samples acquired by using purposive sampling technique. All samples were then analysed using Wilcoxon ranks data analysis. Before the usage of MIS app, 43% (7 people) of the samples were categorized in good level of understanding about nursing SOP, 50 % (8 people) in moderate level and only 6,25 % (1 person) in poor level. However, after the usage of MIS app, 62,5 % (10 people) of the samples were categorized in good level and 37,5 % (6 people) in moderate level of understanding about nursing SOP. The result of Wilcoxon ranks test analysis using SPSS 16 (significance level α = 0.05) was p value = 0.001 (p <0.05) so it can be concluded that there was a significant effect of nursing MIS application to the nurse understanding of SOP in the pediatric ward of Saiful Anwar hospital. It is recommended for all hospitals including RSSA to use nursing MIS app which contains practical, effective and flexible nursing SOP
