Abstract
Imunisasi merupakan program pemerintah untuk memberikan kekebalan pada bayi. Imunisasi dasar yang wajib diberikan terbagi menjadi 5 macam yakni HB0, BCG, DPT/Hb, Polio serta Campak. Data dari Dinas Kesehatan kota Malang tahun 2013, cakupan imunisasi tertinggi di Puskesmas Rampal Celaket (100%) dan terendah di Puskesmas Kedung Kandang (61,72%). Penelitian ini menghubungkan karakteristik ibu (Usia, Pekerjaan, Pendidikan, Jarak, Paritas dan Pengetahuan) dengan Cakupan Imunisasi di Puskesmas Rampal Celaket dan Puskesmas Kedung Kandang. Penelitian menggunakan desain Study Observasional secara analitik deskriptif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional di kedua puskesmas tersebut, analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square dan uji Simple Regresi dengan nilai p < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak, data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 21 dengan keakuratan 95 %. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh adalah Usia, Pendidikan, Pekerjaan, dan Paritas mempunyai hubungan dengan cakupan imunisasi (0,000; 0,000; 0,036; 0,001) sedangkan Jarak dan Pengetahuan tidak berhubungan dengan cakupan imunisasi (p-value 0,862; 0,647)
English Abstract
Immunization is a government program to provide immunity in infants. Basic immunizations must be given divided into 5 types namely HB0, BCG, DPT/Hb, Polio and Measles. Data from the Health Department of Malang in 2013, the highest immunization coverage in the health center Rampal Celaket ( 100 % ) and the lowest in the PHC Kedung Kandang ( 61.72 % ). This study linking maternal characteristics ( Age, Employment, Education, Distance, Parity and Knowledge ) with Immunization Coverage in health centers Rampal Celaket and health Celaket Kedung Kandang. Study design Observational studies using analytical descriptive cross sectional approach in both the health center, data analysis using Chi Square and Simple Regression test with p < 0.05 then H0 is rejected, the data were analyzed using SPSS 21 with 95 % accuracy. The results of the analysis were age, education, work, and parity has been associated with immunization coverage ( 0,000 ; 0,000 ; 0,036 ; 0,001 ) while the distance and knowledge are not related to immunization coverage ( p - value 0.862 ; 0.647 ).
