Abstract
Insiden tumor pediatri mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Seiring dengan perkembangan Ilmu Patologi Anatomi dalam bidang sitopatologi, maka dikembangkanlah diagnosa FNAB (Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy), dimana diagnosa tersebut merupakan diagnosa preoperatif untuk tumor pediatri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur akurasi diagnosa FNAB dan mengetahui karakteristik penderita tumor pediatri di Instalasi Patologi Anatomi RSU Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang periode Tahun 2009 – 2010. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Instalasi Patologi Anatomi Rumah Sakit Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang periode Januari 2009 – Desember 2010 didapatkan karakteristik penderita tumor pediatri terbanyak adalah berjenis kelamin laki-laki sebesar 50,35% dengan rentang usia antara 15 hingga 18 tahun sebesar 27,9% ,berasal dari daerah Malang sebesar 72,58% dengan lokasi tersering pada regio leher/Colli sebesar 57,21%. Berdasarkan rekam medis pemeriksaan FNAB, kasus tumor pediatri jinak tesering adalah Limfadenitis Tuberkulosa sebesar 27,51% , tumor pediatri ganas tersering adalah Malignant Small Round Cell Tumor sebesar 20,59%. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 39 kasus pasien tumor pediatri yang dilakukan pemeriksaan dengan FNAB dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan histopatologi hasil open biopsy atau operasi. Berdasarkan 39 kasus tersebut diperoleh akurasi pemeriksaan FNAB adalah sebesar 92,31%, dengan sensitifitas 83,33%, spesifisitas 93,93%, prediksi positif 71,42%, prediksi negatif 96,88%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah FNAB dapat digunakan sebagai sarana diagnostic preoperative tumor pediatri yang akurat.
English Abstract
The incident of pediatric tumors show an increase each year. Along with the advance of Anatomy Pathology, especially in cytopathology field, the diagnosis of FNAB (Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy) is being developed and such diagnosis serves as preoperative diagnosis for the pediatric tumors. The study has a purpose to measure the accuracy of FNAB diagnosis and describe the characteristic of patients with pediatric tumors in Anatomy Pathology Installation, RSU Dr. Saiful Anwar, Malang for a period of 2009 - 2010. The findings show that in Anatomy Pathology Installation, Dr. Saiful Anwar General Hospital in Malang from period of January 2009 - December 2010, have characteristic most of patient with pediatric tumors are 50,35% male , 27,9% with the range of age between 15 to 18 years old, from the region Malang became the most with 72,58%, the pediatric tumors have the most common predilections in the neck region with 57,21%. From the medical records FNAB examination, Lymphadenitis Tuberculosa became the most common benign tumors with 27,51%, for the malignant tumors Malignant Small Round Cell Tumor with 20,59% became the most common. The study obtained 39 cases of patients with pediatric tumors that were treated with FNAB examination and followed up with the histopathotology examination for open biopsy result or operation. Based on the 39 cases, the obtained accuracy of FNAB examination was as follows: 92,31% for accuracy, 83,33% for sensitivity, 93,93% for specificity, 71,42% for positive prediction, and 96,88% for negative prediction. From the study it can be concluded that FNAB can be used as accurate preoperative diagnostic medium for pediatric tumors.
