Abstract
Masalah kesehatan penduduk di Indonesia masih ditandai dengan tingginya penyakit-penyakit yang berkaitan dengan rendahnya tingkat sosial ekonomi penduduk. Salah satu penyakit yang insidennya masih tinggi adalah infeksi cacing.Kecacingan merupakan penyakit berbasis lingkungan yang masih menjadi masalah bagi kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia hingga sekarang. Prevalensi kecacingan tersebut di Indonesia masih tinggi terutama kecacingan yang disebabkan oleh sejumlah cacing perut yang ditularkan melalui tanah atau yang disebut Soil Transmitted Helminths.Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin mengetahui hubungan tingkat status ekonomi dan keluarga kepemilikan asuransi kesehatan terhadap kejadian angka kecacingan pada anak sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Sukun Kota Malang.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatancross sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dua variabel.Didapatkan 4,1% infeksi nematoda usus pada tinja murid sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Sukun. Pada sekolah dasar yang berada di daerah dekat aliran sungai didapatkan prevalensi kecacingan sebesar 3,8% dan pada sekolah dasar yang berada di daerahjauh dari aliran sungai didapatkan prevalensi kecacingan sebesar 4,2%. Presentasi infeksi Enterobius vermicularis 6,3%, Ascaris lumbricoides 62,5%, Trichuris trichuria 6,3%, Hookworm 9,4%, Hymenolepis nana 15,6 %. Dari penelitian ini tidak didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara status ekonomi keluarga dan kepemilikan asuransi kesehatan dengan kejadian infeksi kecacingan.
English Abstract
Health problems of the population in indonesia still marked with the high diseases relating to the low level of social economic population. One of the diseases that still have high incident is Helminthiases. Helminthiases is based environment disease that still be a major problem for public health in indonesia until now. The prevalence of Helminthiases in indonesia still high especially Helminthiases that caused by a number of stomach worms that is transmitted through the soil or called soil transmitted helminths.In this research writer wants to know the relationship between the level of economic status and family ownership of health insurance against regarding figures of Helminthiases on students of elementary school in Sukun, Malang City. The research is observational analytic research with cross sectional approach which aims to know the description of two variables.Obtained 4.1 % of intestine nematode infection in feces of elementary school’s students in Sukun. On elementary school that located in the area that near of stream was obtained prevalence of Helminthiases that got percentage of 3.8% and on elementary school that being away from a stream was obtained prevalence of Helminthiases that got percentage of 4.2%. The presentation of infection Enterobius vermicularis 6.3%, Ascaris lumbricoides 62.5%, Trichuris trichuria 6.3%, Hookworm 9.4%, Hymenolepis nana 15.6%. Based on this research there is no meaningful comparation between family economic status and ownership of health insurance with the Helminthiases.
