Abstract
Ruam popok merupakan kemerahan pada kulit di daerah tertutup popok yang paling sering diderita oleh bayi berusia 0-1 tahun karena sistem kekebalan tubuh yang belum sempurna dan tergolong rentan. Tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang pemakaian popok di indonesia masih rendah, kesalahan dalam pemakaian popok dapat menjadi ancaman terhadap bayi berupa gangguan kesehatan kulit dan pertumbuhan perkembangan bayi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang Ruam Popok Terhadap Kejadian Ruam Popok Pada Bayi Usia 6-18 Bulan Di BPM Syamsiar Sawojajar Kota Malang.Desain penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dengan rancangan metode Cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 orang yang ditentukan dengan metode quota sampling. Variabel bebas adalah Pengetahuan Ibu tentang ruam popok dan variabel terikatnya adalah kejadian ruam popok. Hasil uji normalitas data menggunakan nilai Spearman Rho. Dari hasil uji korelasi koefisien kontingensi didapatkan p=0,000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang Ruam Popok Terhadap Kejadian Ruam Popok pada Bayi usia 6–18 bulan di BPM Syamsiar Sawojajar Kota Malang. Oleh karena itu, disarankan bidan mampu memberikan konseling dan informasi kepada ibu tentang cara mencegah terjadinya ruam popok pada bayi melalui perawatan perianal bayi yang benar dan sesuai.
English Abstract
Diaper rash is a redness of the skin in the diaper-covered area that most often affects infants aged 0-1 years because the immune system is not perfect and is vulnerable. Mothers level of knowledge about the use of diapers in Indonesia is still low, the error in the use of diapers can be a threat to the health of infants in the form of skin disorders and growth of infant development. The purpose of this study was to determine The Relationship Between Mother’s Knowledge and Incidents of Diaper Rush on 6-18 Month Baby in Syamsiar Maternity Home, Sawojajar Malang. Design of this research was analytic cross sectional method. Total sample were 35 subject who determined using quota sampling method. The independent variable was the mother knowledge about diaper rash and the dependent variable was the incidence of diaper rash. The results of the normality test data using Spearman Rho value. This study revealed that there was a Relationship Between Mother’s Knowledge and Incidents of Diaper Rush on 6-18 Month Baby in Syamsiar Maternity Home, Sawojajar Malang.
