Abstract
Secara umum penyebab kematian ibu di Indonesia adalah perdarahan, eklampsi/preeklampsi, abortus, infeksi, partus lama atau persalinan macet. Infeksi postpartum yang terjadi di traktus genitalia setelah kelahiran yang diakibatkan oleh bakteri, akan meningkatkan resiko infeksi postpartum yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh luka episiotomi. Perawatan luka yang salah pada perineum derajat 2 akan menyebabkan infeksi. Untuk itu diperlukan kesadaran ibu postpartum untuk merawat luka perineum dengan baik. Melalui pendidikan formal yang semakin baik dan dukungan dari keluarga dapat membantu meningkatkan kesadaran akan hidup sehat dan lingkungan yang mendukung ibu agar luka perineum dapat sembuh dengan baik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendidkan formal ibu dan dukungan keluarga dengan kesembuhan luka perineum derajat 2. Desain penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 35 responden. Berdasarkan uji analitik dengan tentang pendidikan formal ibu dengan kesembuhan luka perineum didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,229 dan dukungan keluarga dengan kesembuhan luka perineum derajat 2 didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pendidikan formal ibu dengan kesembuhan luka perineum, dan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara dukungan keluarga dengan kesembuhan luka perineum.
English Abstract
In general, maternal mortality in Indonesia are caused by haemorrhage, eclampsia / preeklampsi, abortion, infection, prolonged labor or obstructed labor. Post partum infections that occur in the genital tract after delivery is caused by bacteria, will increase the risk of postpartum infection, one of which is caused by an episiotomy wound. The incorrect treatment of 2nd degree perineal wound will lead to infection. Therefore, the awareness for treating postpartum maternal perineal wound properly is needed. Through a good of formal education and family support will increase maternal awareness to make a healthy life and supportive environment so that the perineum wound will be healed well. This study is aimed to determine the relationship between maternal formal education and family support with the 2nd degree perineal wound healing. The design of this study was an observational analytic with cross-sectional approach. The samples were selected by accidental sampling and size by 35 respondences. Based on statistic test, it was obtained significance value between formal education with the 2nd degree perineal wound healing 0.299 and significance value between family support with the 2nd degree perineal wound healing is 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that there is no a significance correlation between maternal formal education with the 2nd degree perineal wound healing, and there is a significance correlation between family support with the 2nd degree perineal wound healing.
