Abstract
Salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat tentang penatalaksanaan keperawatan pada pasien anak dengan memberikan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keperawatan berbasis teknologi . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen berbasis Teknologi terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan Perawat tentang Penatalaksanaan Keperawatan pasien anak Di Ruang Anak 7B Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi-eksperimental dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest pada kelompok perlakuan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling atau lebih spesifik purposive sampling dan didapatkan jumlah sampel 16 perawat di ruang anak 7B. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner tertutup. Dari hasil kuesioner menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan perawat sebelum diberikan sosialisasi aplikasi SIM menunjukkan kategori baik (25%), cukup (31%) dan kurang (44%). Sedangkan setelahnya menujukan kategori baik (81%), cukup (19%) dan tidak satupun kurang, artinya terjadi peningkatan sebesar 41% tingkat pengetahuan perawat menjadi baik. Berdasarkan uji wilcoxon rank test dengan SPSS 16 pada tarap signifikansi (α = 0,05) didapatkan p valuenya = 0,000 (p valuenya < 0,05), hal ini disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Aplikasi SIM terhadap pengetahuan perawat tentang Penatalaksanaan Keperawatan di ruang anak 7B Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, disarankan perawat dapat memanfaatkan dan mengembangkan aplikasi SIM berbasis Teknologi
English Abstract
All SOPs, algorithms, formulas, principles of management appropriate hospital standards are documented paper based making it less effective and practical for socialized to all existing nurses. One solution is to increase the knowledge of nurses about nursing management in pediatric patients by providing application-based Nursing Management Information System technology. This study aimed to determine the effect of application-based Management Information System Technology for Knowledge Management of Nursing Nurse of pediatric patients at Childrens Hospital Space Saiful Anwar. The design used in this study was a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest approach in the treatment group. Sampling was carried out with non-probability sampling method, or more specifically purposive sampling and obtained a sample 16 children 7B room nurse. The research instrument used was a questionnaire enclosed. From the results of the questionnaire indicate the level of knowledge dissemination nurse before being given a SIM application showing good category (25%), sufficient (31%) and less (44%). Meanwhile, after addressing both categories (81%), sufficient (19%) and none the less. Based on the Wilcoxon rank test test with SPSS 16 on tarap significance (α = 0.05) was obtained p valuenya = 0.000 (p valuenya <0.05), it is concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that it can be concluded that there was an effect on the SIM Application knowledge about the management of Nursing nurse in the nursery 7B Saiful Anwar Hospital. Based on this study, it is suggested nurses can utilize and develop technology-based SIM application
