Abstract
Caring adalah perhatian perawat dengan sepenuh hati terhadap pasien, kepedulian, empati, komunikasi yang lemah lembut dan rasa kasih sayang perawat kepada pasien. Perilaku caring perawat merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat berhubungan dengan pelayanan keperawatan. karena caring mencakup hubungan antar manusia dan berpengaruh terhadap mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan perilaku caring perawat terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSUD Soeroto Ngawi. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan didapatkan sampel sejumlah 73 orang. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan Spearman rho dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% didapatkan nilai signifikan 5% didapatkan p value sebesar 0,001 dengan nilai korelasi (r) = +0,375 yang berarti arah korelasi positif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien.
English Abstract
Caring is the attention of nurse with a heartfelt concern to the patient, care, empathy, communication gentleness and compassion of nurses to patients. Nurse caring behaviors one aspect that is very related to nursing services because it includes caring human relationships and affect the quality of care and patient satisfaction. This study was aimsed to investigate the relationship of nurses caring behavior towards patients satisfaction in the inpatient of hospital Soeroto Ngawi. The design of this study used a cross sectional design. The sample was selected using consecutive sampling technique to sample a number of inclusion criteria obtained 73. Based on the hypothesis test using Spearmans rho with a 95% confidence level obtained significant value 5 % p value of 0.001 with a correlation value ( r ) = +0.375 significant positive correlation. The conclution is there is relationship between nurse caring behavior with the level of patient satisfaction.
