Abstract
Kebutuhan dan usaha peningkatan palayanan kefarmasian profesional yang mengacu kepada pelayanan kesehatan pasien semakin meningkat, hal merupakan kegiatan profesional untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pelanggan pada usaha farmasi. Sebagai bentuk kepatuhan Usaha Farmasi (Apotek) pada peraturan yang tertuang dalam Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 35 tahun 2014 tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Pelayanan kefarmasian yang diberikan dapat berupa pharmaceutical care, hingga pelayanan home care, namun dalam prakteknya banyak pasien yang tidak mengetahui tentang pelayanan home care karena jarang sekali apotek menyampaikan penjelasan tentang pelayanan kefarmasian home care terhadap pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk megetahui gambaran pelayanan home care oleh apoteker di kota Malang dan mengetahui hambatan yang terjadi saat melakukan pelaksanaan home care. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian deskriptif non eksperimental. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah apotek yang melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian home care di wilayah kota Malang, dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara secara non random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain, dari 25 apotek di Kota Malang hanya 1 apotek yang melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian home care, selebihnya 24 apotek tidak melakukan pelayanan home care di apotek karena berbagai macam hal. Alasan tidak dilakukannya pelayanan home care karena terdapat hambatan dalam pelaksanaan home care antara lain keterbatasan finansial sebanyak 35% dan keterbatasan pegawai apotek dengan banyaknya pasien yang ingin diberikan pelayanan kafarmasi home care sebanyak 48%. Jadi dari 25 apotek di Kota Malang hanya 1 apotek yang melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian home care, selebihnya 24 apotek tidak melakukan pelayanan home care di apotek karena berbagai macam hal.
English Abstract
Efforts to improve the professional pharmacy service which refers to the health care of patients is increasing, it is a professional activities to maintain and improve the customer in the pharmaceutical business. As a form of business compliance Pharmacy ( Pharmacy ) on the rules contained in the Decree of the Minister of Health No. 1027 2004 about the standard of pharmaceutical services in pharmacies. Pharmaceutical services provided can be of pharmaceutical care, to home care services. However, in practice many patients who do not know about home care services because rarely pharmacy submit an explanation about home care pharmacy services to patients. Formulation of the problem of this study is to describe the provision of home care services by pharmacists who performed at the pharmacy in the city of Malang. Research purpose, among others, general purpose for picture home care services by pharmacists in Malang, while the specific goal determines how the provision of home care services by pharmacists in pharmacies in the city of Malang and non-experimental descriptive studies. The population in this study is a pharmacy that does pharmacy home care in service area of the city of Malang, and sampling carried out by non-random sampling. The results of this study, among other things of 25 pharmacies in Malang only one pharmacy that do home care pharmacy services , the remaining 24 pharmacies do not do home care services in pharmacies due to a variety of things and there are obstacles in the implementation of home care , some of the barriers experienced by the pharmacy, among others financial constraints as much as 35 % and limitations pharmacy employees with the number of patients who want to be given kafarmasi home care services as much as 48 % . So of the 25 pharmacies in Malang only one pharmacy that do home care pharmacy services, the remaining 24 pharmacies do not do home care services in pharmacies because of various things.
