Abstract
Hipertensi merupakan penyakit dengan prevalensi tinggi dan signifikan dalam menyebabkan morbiditas dan mortalitas, serta disebut sebagai the silent killer karena merupakan penyakit mematikan tanpa gejala terlebih dahulu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu tindakan terapi pengobatan antihipertensi. Keberhasilan terapi antihipertensi dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah kepatuhan pasien dalam mengonsumsi obat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan regimen terapi, pengetahuan tentang obat, dan persepsi terhadap sistem asuransi JKN dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien hipertensi. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sebanyak 100 responden diambil secara purposive sampling diantara seluruh pasien hipertensi rawat jalan yang mengunjungi poliklinik jantung RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang dari bulan Mei-Juni 2014. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner skala kepatuhan minum obat Morisky, menghitung banyaknya jenis obat yang dikonsumsi, beberapa pertanyaan terkait pengetahuan dan persepsi terhadap sistem asuransi JKN. Analisa data menggunakan uji hipotesis korelasi Somers’d, Lambda, koefisien Kontingensi, dan regresi logistik ordinal dengan program SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan tentang obat (p = 0,018) dan persepsi terhadap sistem asuransi JKN (p = 0,002) dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien hipertensi, sedangkan regimen tidak mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien hipertensi (p = 0,053). Pengetahuan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien hipertensi (p< 0,001).
English Abstract
Hypertension is a disease with high prevalence and significant in causing morbidity and mortality, and called as the silent killer because it is a deadly disease with no symptoms prior. Therefore, we need a measure of antihypertensive drug therapy. The success of antihypertensive therapy is influenced by many factors, one of which is patient compliance in taking the drug. The purpose of this study is to determine of relation of therapeutic regimen, knowledge of drugs, and the perception of JKN insurance system with medication compliance in hypertensive patients. The design of this study used a cross-sectional approach. A total of 100 respondents taken by purposive sampling among all hypertensive patients who visited to RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang from May until June 2014. Retrieval of data using questionnaires Morisky medication adherence scale, count the number of types of drugs were consumed, some closed questions related to knowledge about drugs and perception of JKN insurance system. Data analysis using the Somers’d, Lambda, Contingency coefficient Correlation hypothesis test, and ordinal regression test with SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results showed a significant correlation between knowledge of the drugs (p < 0.018) and perception of JKN insurance system (p = 0.002) with medication adherence in hypertensive patients, but therapeutic regimen (p = 0.053) had no significant correlation with medication adherence in hypertensive patients. Knowledge of the drug had influence in medication adherence in hypertensive patients (p<0.001).
