Abstract
Penyebab pasti postpartum blues belum diketahui, namun beberapa faktor diduga menjadi penyebab, diantaranya: faktor hormonal, faktor sosial, faktor fisik, dan faktor psikologis. Status sosial ekonomi ibu juga mempengaruhi kondisi psikologis ibu postpartum sehingga beresiko mengalami postpartum blues. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor sosial ekonomi ibu postpartum terhadap kejadian postpartum blues di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sumberpucung Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain Cross Sectional kepada 49 orang ibu postpartum hari ke 3-14 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sumberpucung Kabupaten Malang pada bulan Maret-April 2014. Variabel yang diukur adalah faktor sosial ekonomi (pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan penghasilan) dan kejadian postpartum blues dengan pengambilan sampel berdasarkan teknik consecutive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi Square dengan α = 0,05 diperoleh hasil bahwa dari ketiga faktor sosial ekonomi yaitu pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan penghasilan didapatkan p-value > α (α = 0,05) sehingga dinyatakan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara faktor sosial ekonomi (pendidikan, pekerjaan, penghasilan) ibu postpartum dengan kejadian postpartum blues di wilayah kerja puskesmas Sumberpucung Kabupaten Malang.
English Abstract
The definite cause of postpartum blues is unknown, but several factors are suspected to be the cause, such as: hormonal factors, social factors, physical factors, and psychological factors. Socioeconomic status also affects maternal postpartum psychological conditions that are at risk of postpartum blues. This research aims to analyze the relationship of socio-economic factors of postpartum mother against to postpartum blues in the region of Puskesmas Sumberpucung Kabupaten Malang. This research use Cross Sectional design to 49 postpartum mothers day 3-14 in the region of Puskesmas Sumberpucung Kabupaten Malang on March-April 2014. The measured variabels were the socio-economic factors (education, employment, and income) and postpartum blues with consecutive sampling fot the sampling technique. Based on result of Chi Square with p-value = 0,05 obtained results that three factors of socio-economic, namely education, employment, and earnings obtained p-values > 0,05, so its means there is no significant relationship between socio-sconomic factors (education, employment, income) of postpartum mother with postpartum blues in the region of Puskesmas Sumberpucung Kabupaten Malang.
