Abstract
Preterm premature rupture of membranes adalah pecahnya ketuban sebelum waktunya tanpa disertai tanda inpartu pada usia kehamilan <37 minggu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola bakteri dan uji kepekaan antibiotik pada preterm premature rupture of membranes serta mengetahui keefektifan antibiotik Gentamycin yang dipakai sebagai prosedur tetap penatalaksanaan preterm premature rupture of membranes di RSSA Malang hingga saat ini. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional descriptive secara retrospektif. Empat puluh empat sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien preterm premature rupture of membranes dengan infeksi di IRNA III ruang Obstetri RSSA Malang periode 2011-2013. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan temuan pola bakteri Gram positif dan Gram negatif dari hasil kultur swab serviks pasien preterm premature rupture of membranes. Bakteri yang terbanyak ditemukan adalah Staphylococcus koagulase negatif yaitu 52,27% dan Eschericia coli yaitu 25%. Bakteri Staphylococcus koagulase negatif paling banyak sensitif terhadap Amoxycillin+Clavulanic Acid , Fosfomycin, Trimethoprim/Sulfamethoxazole, dan Amikacin. Bakteri Eschericia coli paling banyak sensitif terhadap Amoxycillin + Clavulanic Acid. Pola kepekaan bakteri terhadap antibiotik tidak menunjukkan kesesuaian Gentamycin sebagai terapi saat ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pola bakteri pada preterm premature rupture of membranes di RSSA Malang periode 2011-2013 terdiri dari 11 jenis bakteri yang sebagian besar sensitif terhadap Amoxycillin + Clavulanic Acid, sedangkan Gentamycin sudah tidak memiliki tingkat kepekaan yang kuat terhadap jenis bakteri yang ditemukan pada kejadian preterm premature rupture of membranes.
English Abstract
Preterm Premature rupture of membranes is rupture prematurely without delivery mark at <37 week gestation. This study is aimed to determine the pattern of bacteria and antibiotic susceptibility testing and to know the effectiveness of Gentamycin used as a permanent procedure in preterm premature rupture of membranes management in RSSA Malang today. The design study is a retrospective observational descriptive. Fourty five samples in this study were patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes who had an infection in IRNA III Obstetrics Room RSSA Malang period 2011-2013. The sampling method is total sampling. The results showed Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria from culture results of the preterm premature rupture of membranes patientss cervical swab. Most bacteria found were coagulase negative Staphylococcus (52,27%) and Escherichia coli (25%). Coagulase-negative Staphylococcus bacteria most sensitive to Amoxycillin + Clavulanic acid, Fosfomycin, Trimethoprim / Sulfamethoxazole, and Amikacin. Escherichia coli bacteria is the most sensitive to Amoxycillin + Clavulanic acid. The sensitivity pattern of bacteria to antibiotics does not indicate suitability Gentamycin as current therapies. The conclusion of this study is the bacteria pattern of preterm premature rupture membranes in RSSA Malang on the period 2011-2013 consists of 11 species of bacteria were most sensitive to Amoxycillin + Clavulanic Acid, whereas Gentamycin already have no strong level of sensitivity on the type of bacteria found in the incidence of preterm premature rupture of membranes.
