Abstract
Terapi intravena dilakukan berdasarkan order dokter dan perawat bertanggungjawab dalam pemeliharaan terapi yang dilakukan. Pada terapi intravena atau infus, 50% dari pasien tersebut beresiko mengalami kejadian infeksi komplikasi local terapi intravena yang salah satunya adalah phlebitis. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk menjaga keselamatan pasien, salah satunya dengan menerapkan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dalam setiap tindakan perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kepatuhan perawat dalam penggunaan standar operasional prosedur pemasangan infus terhadap kejadian phlebitis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif korelatif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat bangsal penyakit dalam IGD dengan jumlah 36 orang yang bekerja di RSUD Sumbawa Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada responden dengan tingkat kepatuhan patuh, persentase terjadinya kejadian phlebitis sebesar 2.8% atau sebanyak 1 responden dan yang tidak terjadi 47.2% atau sebanyak 17 responden , sedangkan pada responden dengan tingkat kepatuhan tidak patuh persentase kejadian phlebitis yaitu sebesar 16.7% atau sebanyak 6 responden yang tidak terjadi 33.3% atau sebanyak 12 responden. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan Spearman dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% didapatkan nilai probabilitas <0.05 yakni 0.036 dan rs hitung = -0.351 > rs tabel (0.05;36) =0.330 maka Ho ditolak dan Hi diterima dengan kata lain terdapat hubungan tingkat kepatuhan perawat dalam penggunaan Standar Operasional Prosedur pemasangan infus terhadap kejadian phlebitis. Dimana semakin tinggi tingkat kepatuhan, maka kejadian phlebitis akan semakin rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan studi cross sectional, untuk memperkuat validitas data maka metode penelitian sebaiknya menggunakan case control ataupun cohort.
English Abstract
Intravenous therapy conducted based on the order of doctors and nurses in charge of maintenance therapy is carried out. In therapy or intravenous infusion, 50% of these patients at risk of infection incidence of local complications of intravenous therapy, one of which is phlebitis. Efforts are made to maintain patient safety, one by applying the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in each nursing action. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of the level of compliance of nurses in the use of standard operating procedures on the incidence of infusion phlebitis. The method used is descriptive correlative cross sectional. Samples taken in this study is a disease ward nurse in the emergency room with a number of 36 peoples who work in Sumbawa Hospitals results showed that the respondents level of compliance with the obedient, the percentage of occurrence of phlebitis incidence of 2.8 or as much as 1% of the respondents and that does not happen as much as 47.2% or 17 respondents, whereas the respondents do not comply with compliance level that is equal to the percentage incidence of phlebitis 16.7% or 6 respondents did not happen as much as 33.3% or 12 respondents. Based on tests using Spearmans hypothesis with 95% confidence level obtained probability value of <0.05 and rs the 0036 count = -0351> rs Table (0:05; 36) = 0.330 then Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted in other words there is a correlation between adherence of nurses in the use of standard operating procedures on the incidence of infusion phlebitis. Where the higher level of compliance, the incidence of phlebitis it would be diminished. This study used a cross sectional study design. To strengthen the validity of the data, then the method should use a case control or cohort.
