Abstract
Bayi prematur (lahir pada usia kehamilan ≤37 minggu) merupakan masalah kesehatan yang erat hubungannya dengan kematian bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara infeksi saluran kemih dengan kejadian persalinan prematur di RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi case control dan menggunakan uji analisis Chi-square. Data diperoleh dari rekam medik dan sampel dipilih secara quota sampling sebanyak 286 sampel. Dari uji analisis didapatkan hasil p = 0,007. Terdapat hubungan positif antara infeksi saluran kemih dengan kejadian persalinan prematur
English Abstract
Premature infants (born ≤ 37 weeks of gestation) is a health problem that is closely related to infant mortality. This research aimed to determine the relationship between urinary tract infection with the incidence of preterm birth in RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. This research used a case-control study and statistic test were used Chi-square. Data were obtained from medical records and samples were selected by quota sampling method, total of 286 samples. Data analysis result obtained p = 0,007. There was a positive relation between urinary tract infections and preterm birth
