Abstract
Kematian akibat infark miokard akut (IMA) menduduki peringkat atas di negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. IMA merupakan nekrosis miokard akibat aliran darah ke otot jantung terganggu. Peningkatan usia merupakan salah satu faktor risiko dari IMA. Dahulu perbandingan insiden IMA pada usia lansia 8 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan usia dewasa. Namun saat ini, insidensi IMA sudah mulai terjadi pergeseran lebih banyak ke usia dewasa. Seiring dengan peningkatan usia, terjadi perubahan-perubahan fisiologis, psikologis serta pola hidup atau life style pada setiap individu. Hal ini, akan mempengaruhi faktor-faktor risiko yang dapat memicu terjadinya IMA. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan faktor risiko penyakit IMA pada pasien dewasa dan lansia di Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan consecutive sampling 80 pasien selama 2 bulan di ruangan IRNA I. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi-square, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan faktor risiko IMA antara usia dewasa dan lansia pada faktor risiko jenis kelamin, merokok dan dislipidemia. Tidak terdapat perbedaan faktor risiko IMA antara usia dewasa dan lansia pada faktor risiko diabetes melitus tipe 2, hipertensi, riwayat keluarga dan obesitas. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor risiko jenis kelamin laki-laki, merokok dan dislipidemia lebih sering terjadi pada pasien IMA usia dewasa. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar untuk menentukan faktor-faktor risiko lainnya yang dapat berpengaruh pada usia dewasa dan lansia.
English Abstract
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) caused high mortality in developing countries including Indonesia. AMI induced myocardium necrosis is blood flow to the heart muscle is impaired. Increasing age is one of the risk factors of AMI. Previously, comparison the incidence of AMI in the elderly 8 times higher than the adult. But this time, incidence AMI has begun a shift more into adult. During increasing age, occur changes in physiological, psychological, and lifestyle on every individual. Its will influence risk factors that can stimulate AMI. The aim of this study was to find out differences of risk factors AMI disease in adult and elderly patient in dr. Saiful Anwar General Hospital Malang. Eighty patients (82,5% adults) was collected consecutively during 2 months in IRNA I. Analysis of the data used chi-square test, showed that there were differences risk factors of AMI between adult and elderly on gender, smoking, dyslipidemia. And, there were no differences risk factors of AMI between adult and elderly on risk factors diabetes mellitus type 2, hypertension, family history, and obesity. It can be concluded, risk factors of man, smoking and dyslipidemia more common among the adult AMI patients. Future studies are recommended to use a larger sample size to determine other risk factors that may affect the adult and elderly.
