Abstract
Luka bakar merupakan salah satu insiden yang sering terjadi di masyarakat dengan jenis luka bakar terbanyak adalah derajat II. Reepitelisasi merupakan proses penutupan luka yang ditandai oleh migrasi dan mitosis sel-sel epitel dari tepi luka, folikel rambut dan kelenjar sebasea untuk mengisi permukaan luka. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Topikal Ekstrak Daun Cincau Hijau (Cyclea barbata L. Miers) terhadap Reepiteliasi Luka Bakar Derajat IIB pada Tikus Putih (Rattus norvegicus) Galur Wistar. Daun cincau hijau mengandung senyawa aktif saponin, flavonoid, dan klorofil, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi proses reepitelisasi. Penelitian ini true eksperimental dengan Post-test Only, Control Group Design. Sampel dipilih dengan simple random sampling dibagi menjadi 6 kelompok masing-masing terdiri atas 5 ekor tikus. Kelompok kontrol I Normal saline (NS 0,9%), kelompok kontrol II Hidrogel, kelompok kontrol III Silver sulfadiazine (SSD), dan kelompok IV, V, VI perlakuan ekstrak cincau hijau konsentrasi 40%, 50%, 60% dan dilakukan selama 21 hari, pembedahan dilakukan pada hari ke-22. Kemudian dilakukan pewarnaan jaringan dengan H&E. Variabel yang diukur persentase reepitelisasi menggunakan rumus % reepitelisasi. Analisis data One way ANOVA terdapat berbeda signifikan (p = 0.041 < α (0,05)). Analisis data uji Post hoc Tukey HSD terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok perlakuan ekstrak daun cincau hijau konsentrasi 40% dengan kelompok kontrol Normal saline (NS), p = (0.018) < α (0.05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu pemberian ekstrak daun cincau hijau (Cyclea barbata L. Miers) konsentrasi 40% mempengaruhi reepitelisasi luka bakar derajat IIB secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan Normal saline (NS).
English Abstract
Burns was one of the incidents that often occur in people and most types of burns are second degree of burns degree. Reepithelialization was an wound closure process that characterized by migration and mitosis of epithelial cells from the wound edges, hair follicles and sebaceous glands to fill the wound surface. The primary objective of this study was to determine the Effect of Topical Cincau Green Leaf Extract (Cyclea L. barbata Miers) to Increase Reepithelialization IIB Burns Degree at the Wistar Strain White Rat (Rattus norvegicus). Cincau Green leaves contain active compounds is saponin, flavonoids, and chlorophyll, which can affect the reepithelialization process. This research is true experimental with Post-test only and control group design. The sample was selected by simple random sampling were divided into 6 groups and each group consisting of 5 rats. Control group I with Normal saline (NS 0.9%), control group II with hydrogel, control group III with Silver sulfadiazine (SSD), and group IV, V, VI with treatment of green grass jelly extract 40%, 50%, 60% concentration and performed during 21 days, surgery was performed on day 22. The next step was tissue staining with H & E. Variables measured using the percentage reepithelialization formula. The result of One-way ANOVA analysis of the data were significantly different (p = 0.041 <α (0.05)). The result of post hoc Tukey HSD data analysis had significant differences between, 40 % concentration leaf extract of green cincau group and the control group with Normal saline (NS), with p = (0.018) and <α (0,05). The conclusion of this study was apllication of 40% concentration of cincau green leaf extract (Cyclea L. barbata Miers) effected reepithelialization of IIB burns degree significantly, compared with normal saline (NS).
