Abstract
Postpartum blues adalah perubahan mood pada ibu postpartum yang terjadi setiap waktu setelah ibu melahirkan tetapi seringkali terjadi pada hari ketiga atau keempat postpartum dan memuncak antara hari kelima dan ke-14 postpartum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik ibu nifas dengan kejadian postpartum blues di RSUD Dr. Soegiri Kabupaten Lamongan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan bersifat observasional analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan Cross Sectional. Sedangkan uji statistic yang digunakan adalah Independent T-test, one way Anova, dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode consecutive sampling yaitu ibu nifas hari ke 3-14 dan memenuhi kriteria pemilihan yang berada di Ruang Melati RSUD Dr. Soegiri Kabupaten Lamongan. Variabel Independen yang diteliti yaitu karakteristik ibu nifas antara lain usia, tingkat pendidikan, paritas dan lama pernikahan. Sedangkan variabel dependen yang diteliti adalah kejadian postpartum blues. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara usia (p value= 0,049) dan tingkat pendidikan (p value=0,036) ibu nifas dengan kejadian postpartum blues, tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara paritas (p value=0,619) dan lama pernikahan (p value=0,819) ibu nifas dengan kejadian postpartum blues, serta keeratan hubungan usia dan tingkat pendidikan ibu nifas dengan kejadian postpartum blues adalah cukup kuat atau sedang (R=0,316). Karakteristik ibu nifas merupakan faktor resiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian postpartum blues, oleh karena itu penting bagi tenaga kesehatan dan keluarga ibu nifas mengetahui pentingnya deteksi dini bagi perkembangan psikologis ibu nifas.
English Abstract
Postpartum blues is maternal postpartum mood changes that occur any time after delivery, but often occurs in the third or fourth postpartum day and peaked between days five and 14 postpartum . The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the characteristics of postpartum mothers with the incidence of postpartum blues in Dr . Soegiri General Hospital Lamongan. The study design used was an observational analytic using cross sectional design. While the statistical test used is the Independent T –test, one-way Anova and Multiple Linear Regression. Sample was selected using a consecutive sampling method is 3-14 days postpartum women and meet selection criteria that are in Melati room at Dr. Soegiri General Hospital Lamongan. Independent variables studied were the characteristics of postpartum women include age, level of education, parity and duration of marriage. While the dependent variable under study was the incidence of postpartum blues. The results showed that there was a significant association between age (p value=0,049) and education levels (p value=0,036) of postpartum mothers with the incidence of postpartum blues, there was no significant association between parity (p value=0,619) and duration of marriage (p value = 0,819) puerperal women with the incidence of postpartum blues, as well as the relationship of age and education of maternal postpartum with the incidence of postpartum blues is quite strong or moderate (R = 0.316). the characteristics of postpartum mother is the risk factor which can related with postpartum blues incidence. So, it is important for health provider and postpartum mother’s family to know how important of screening for psycologic development of postpartum mother.
