Abstract

Kandidiasis Vaginalis Adalah Infeksi Jamur Yang Disebabkan Candida Albicans . Candida Albicans , Merupakan Agen Infeksi Opportunistik Lokal Maupun Sistemik Yang Menetap Di Bagian Tubuh Yang Berhubungan Dengan Lingkungan Luar. Faktor Predisposisi Yang Menyebabkan Adalah Kehamilan, Immunocompromised , Lingkungan Ph Rendah, Hieginitas Rendah, Pemakaian Antibiotik Berspektrum Luas, Diabetes Mellitus. Terapi Antifungi Yang Tersedia Saat Ini Memiliki Resistensi Yang Cukup Tinggi Dan Efek Samping Terapi. Oleh Karena Itu Perlu Dilakukan Penelitian Untuk Mendapatkan Antifungi Alternatif. Salah Satunya Bawang Putih Yang Memiliki Kandungan Allicin , Ajoene , Alkaloid , Tannin , Dan Saponin . Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Perasan Bawang Putih Sebagai Antifungal Terhadap Candida Albicans Secara In Vitro . Desain Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Eksperimental Laboratorik Dengan Metode Dilusi Tabung Yang Terdiri Dari Tahap Penentuan Kadar Hambat Minimum (Khm) Dan Kadar Bunuh Minimum (Kbm). Konsentrasi Perasan Yang Digunakan Yaitu 0,1%, 0,2%, 0,3%, 0,4% Dan 0,5%, Sedangkan Konsentrasi Candida Albicans Adalah 104cfu/Ml. Kadar Hambat Minimum (Khm) Dari Penelitian Ini Adalah 0,3%. Sedangkan Kadar Bunuh Minimum (Kbm) Adalah 0,5%. Hasil Statistik One-Way Anova P=0,000 Menunjukkan Terdapat Perbedaan Yang Signifikan Pada Perubahan Konsentrasi Perasan Bawang Putih Terhadap Jumlah Koloni Candida Albicans Dan Terdapat Hubungan Yang Erat Antara Konsentrasi Perasan Dengan Jumlah Koloni (R=-0,823). Uji Korelasi Menunjukkan Semakin Tinggi Konsentrasi Perasan, Maka Semakin Rendah Jumlah Pertumbuhan Koloni. Berdasarkan Penelitian Ini, Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa Perasan Bawang Putih Mempunyai Efek Antifungal Terhadap Candida Albicans Dengan Kadar Bunuh Minimumnya Adalah 0,5%.

Vaginal Candidiasis Is A Fungal Infection Caused By Candida Albicans . Candida Albicans , An Agent Of Local And Systemic Opportunistic Infections That Persist In The Body That Related To The External Environment . Predisposing Factors That Cause Is Pregnancy, Immunocompromised, Low Ph Environment , Low Hieginity , Use Of Broad-Spectrum Antibiotics, Diabetes Mellitus . Antifungus Therapy Available Today Have A Fairly High Resistance And Side Effects Of Therapy. It Is Therefore Necessary To Study To Get An Alternative Antifungus. One Of Them Is Garlic Contains Allicin , Ajoene, Alkaloid , Tannin And Saponin . This Study Aims To Determine The Garlic Juice As An Antifungus Against Candida Albicans In Vitro . The Design Of This Study Using Laboratory Experimental Tube Dilution Method Comprising The Step Of Determining The Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (Mic) And Minimum Fungicidal Concentration (Mfc). Juice Concentration Used Is 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4% And 0.5%, While The Concentration Of Candida Albicans Was 104cfu/ Ml. Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (Mic) Of The Study Was 0.3 %. While Minimum Fungicidal Concentration (Mfc) Was 0.5 %. The Result Of One-Way Anova Statistic Showed P = 0.000 Indicated That There Is A Significant Difference In The Change Of Garlic Juice Concentration To The Amount Of Candida Albicans Fungus Colony And There Is A Close Relationship Between The Concentration Of Juice By The Amount Of Colonies (R = -0.823). The Correlation Test Showed That The Higher Concentration Of Juice, The Less Number Of Colony Growth. Based On This Research, It Can Be Concluded That The Juice Of Garlic Has An Antifungus Effect Against Candida Albicans With Minimum Killing Percentage Of 0.5 %
