Abstract
Lalat Rumah Merupakan Salah Satu Vektor Mekanik Penularan Atau Penyebaran Penyakit Yang Selama Ini Terus Diteliti Pengendaliannya. Salah Satu Cara Pemberantasan Lalat Yang Paling Sering Digunakan Adalah Dengan Menggunakan Insektisida. Salah Satunya Adalah Dengan Menggunakan Daun Serai Wangi (Cymbopogon Nardus) . Kandungan Aktif Dari Daun Serai Wangi (Cymbopogon Nardus) Adalah Sitronelal Dan Geraniol . Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Efektifitas Ekstrak Daun Serai Wangi (Cymbopogon Nardus) Sebagai Insektisida Terhadap Lalat Rumah (Musca Domestica) Dalam Menanggulangi Pertumbuhan Dan Perkembangan Lalat Rumah (Musca Domestica). Penelitian Ini Merupakan Penelitian Experimental Laboratoris Murni Dengan Menggunakan Metode Post Post Test Only Control Group Design . Sampel Yang Digunakan Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Sejumlah Lalat Rumah (Musca Domestica) Yang Telah Memenuhi Kriteria Inklusi Dan Telah Diseleksi Dan Didapatkan Dari Hasil Penangkapan Di Sekitar Laboratorium Parasitologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Ekstrak N - Heksan Daun Serai Wangi (Cymbogon Nardus) Disemprotkan Ke Dalam Kandang Kaca Yang Berukuran 25cm X 25cm X 25cm Yang Telah Diisi 10 Ekor Lalat Rumah (Musca Domestica) Dewasa. Pengulangan Dilakukan Sebanyak 4 Kali Pada Interval Waktu Yaitu Jam Ke-1, Ke-2, Ke-3, Ke-4, Ke-5, Ke-6 Dan Jam Ke-24. Perlakuan Yang Digunakan Yaitu Konsentrasi Ekstrak N - Heksan Daun Serai Wangi (Cymbopogon Nardus) Sebesar 50%, 60%, Dan 70%, Kontrol Positif (Larutan Malathion 0,28%) Dan Kontrol Negatif (Aseton). Hasil Yang Diperoleh Adalah Efektifitas Daun Serai Wangi (Cymbopogon Nardus) Sebagai Insektisida Terhadap Lalat Rumah (Musca Domestica) Dengan Metode Semprot. Pada Waktu Pengamatan Jam Ke-1, Ke-2, Ke-3, Ke-4, Ke-5, Ke-6 Dan Ke-24 Masing - Masing Menunjukkan Nilai Signifikansi (Sig. < 0,05) Dan Disimpulkan Bahwa Terdapat Perbedaan Yang Sangat Bermakna Antara Variasi Konsentrasi Ekstrak Daun Serai Wangi (Cymbopogon Nardus) Sebagai Insektisida Terhadap Lalat Rumah (Musca Domestica) . Potensi Insektisida Tidak Hanya Dipengaruhi Oleh Besar Kecilnya Konsentrasi, Tetapi Juga Dipengaruhi Oleh Lamanya Waktu Pengamatan
English Abstract
Fly Is One Of The Mechanical Vector Transmission Or Spread Of A Disease That Is Constantly Scrutinized For Its Control. One Way To Eradicate Fly That Most Commonly Used Is To Use Insecticides. One Of Them With Use The Citronella (Cymbopogon Nardus). Active Content That Ingredient Citronella (Cymbopogon Nardus) Who Allegedly Useful As An Insecticide Is Citronelal And Geraniol . This Research Aims To Determine The Potential Insecticide Citronella (Cymbopogon Nardus) Extract On House Fly (Musca Domestica) In Tackling The Growth And Development Of House Flies. This Study Is Purely Experimental Research Laboratory Using The Methode Of Post Test Only Control Group Design . The Sample Used In This Study Were Number Of House Fly (Musca Domestica) Who Met The Inclusion Criteria And Have Been Selected And The Results Obtained From The Laboratory Of Parasitology Arrest Around The Faculty Of Medicine, Brawijaya University Malang. Citronella (Cymbopogon Nardus) N - Heksan Extract Is Sprayed Into He Glass Cage Measuring 25cm X 25cm X 25cm Which Had Contained 10 House Flies (Musca Domestica) Adults. Repetition Is Performed Four Times At The Hour Time Interval To-1, Hour -2, Hour -3, Hour -3, Hour -4, Hour -5, Hour -6, And Hour -24. The Treatments Used I.E. Citronella ( Cymbopogon Nardus) N - Heksan Extract Concentration Of 50%, 60%, 70%, Positive Controls Solution Of (Malathion 0,28%) And Negative Controls (Solution Aseton). The Result Obtained Are The Effectiveness Of The Citronella (Cymbopogon Nardus) N - Heksan Extract As An Insecticide Against House Fly (Musca Domestica ) With The Spray Method. At The Time Of Observation At The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th And 24 Respectively Indicate Significance Value, Respectively (Sig <0,05) And It Can Be Concluded That There Are Very Significant Diffirences Between The Variations In The Concentration Of Citronella (Cymbopogon Nardus) N - Heksan Extract As An Insecticide On House Fly (Musca Domestica). The Potential Insecticide Are Not Only Influenced By The Amount Of Concentration, But Also Influenced By The Length Of Time Of Observation
