Abstract
Seluruh kegiatan yang berlangsung pada suatu lahan disebut tata guna lahan dan salah satu jenis guna lahan adalah guna lahan kesehatan. RSAUB termasuk jenis guna lahan kesehatan di Jalan Soekarno Hatta yang memiliki tipe C. RSAUB telah resmi beroperasi pada 18 Desember 2016. Rumah sakit ini memiliki luas lahan mencapai 2,5 Ha yang akan menambah peluang masyarakat dan mahasiswa untuk berobat, sehingga akan mempengaruhi tarikan pergerakan, khususnya terhadap Jalan Soekarno Hatta. Tingkat pelayanan di Jalan Soekarno Hatta dapat lebih buruk setelah Rumah Sakit Akademik UB sudah beroperasi sepenuhnya, sehingga perlu dilakukan identifikasi terhadap besar tarikan dari rumah sakit tersebut melalui model tarikan pergerakan yang dapat membantu mengetahui proyeksi besar tarikan pergerakan. Studi ini dilakukan untuk mencari model tarikan pergerakan pada Rumah Sakit Akademik UB yang telah beroperasi pada Desember 2016 (sebagian gedung yang telah beroperasi) dan kontribusi tarikan pergerakan Rumah Sakit Akademik UB terhadap Jalan Soekarno Hatta. RSAUB saat ini merupakan rumah sakit tipe C, namun belum beroperasi secara keseluruhan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis kapasitas jalan, analisis derajat kejenuhan, model tarikan pergerakan, dan analisis model interaksi tata guna lahan-jaringan jalan. Analisis tarikan pergerakan menggunakan analisis korelasi parsial dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Adapun variabel yang diteliti untuk mendapatkan model tarikan RSAUB adalah tarikan RSAUB, luas bangunan kawasan klinis (X1), luas parkir (X2), kuas kamar rawat inap (X3), jumlah pasien (X4), jumlah dokter dan pegawai (X5), luas bangunan kawasan akademik (X6), jumlah mahasiswa (X7). Hasil dari analisis model tarikan pergerakan RSAUB adalah YRSAUB = -18,496 + 0,340 (X4) + 0,076 (X3) -3,555 + 0,008 (X6) + 0,149 (X7). Berdasarkan model tersebut, dihitung bahwa kontribusi RSAUB terhadap kinerja Jalan Soekarno Hatta sebesar 10,5% per hari. Proyeksi kontribusi tarikan pergerakan saat RSAUB operasional seluruhnya adalah 27,18% per hari.
English Abstract
All activities on a land are called land use and one type of land use is health land. RSAUB is a type of health land use on Soekarno Hatta Road which has type C. RSAUB has officially operated on December 18, 2016. This hospital has a land area of 2.5 ha which will increase the chances of the community and students to seek treatment, so that will affect the pull of movement , especially on Soekarno Hatta Road. The level of service in Soekarno Hatta Road can be worse after RSAUB is fully operational, so it is necessary to identify the traction of the hospital through a movement model that can help to know the big projection of movement pull. This study aim to find the model of trip attraction at RSAUB which has operated in December 2016 (part of building that has been operated) and contribution of RSAUB movement to Soekarno Hatta Road. RSAUB is currently a type C hospital, but it is not yet operating as a whole. The analysis used in this research is road capacity analysis, saturation degree analysis, motion pull model, and model analysis of land use interaction-road network. Movement pull analysis using partial correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The variables studied to obtain trip attraction model at RSAUB are clinical building area (X1), parking area (X2), inpatient bracket (X3), patient number (X), number of doctor and employee (X5), wide building of academic area (X6), student number (X7). The results of trip attraction model at RSAUB are YRSAUB = -18,496 + 0,340 (X4) + 0,076 (X3) -3,555 + 0,008 (X6) + 0,149 (X7). Based on the calculated modelling, the daily attraction of the hospital is estimated to be 10.5% of the total traffic and is projected to increase to 27% once the hospital is in full operation.
