Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Hubungan Antara kesiapan pensiun dengan kecemasan menjelang pensiun pada pegawai negeri sipil Kabupaten Nganjuk. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang memasuki masa persiapan pensiun yang berjumlah 56 orang. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Data diperoleh melalui dua alat ukur, yaitu skala kesiapan pensiun dan skala kecemasaan menjelang pensiun. Hasil dari analisis menunjukan nilai koefisien korelasinya adalah (r) 0,582 dengan p = 0,000 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kedua variabel yang bersifat positif dan berada pada rentang sedang. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi nilai kesiapan pensiun maka semakin rendah nilai kecemasan menjelang pensiun. Begitu pula sebaliknya semakin rendah nilai kesiapan pensiun maka semakin tinggi nilai kecemasan menjelang pensiun.
English Abstract
This study aims to find out the correlation between the readiness to have pensions and anxiety before retirement experienced by civil servants in Nganjuk. The respondents of this study are the civil servant who entered a period of preparation for retirement consisting of 56 people. The data collection technique used was accidental sampling. Data were obtained through two instruments, namely retirement readiness scale and anxiety scale of retirement. The results of the analysis showed that the value of the correlation coefficient was (r) 0.582, and p = 0.000. It indicates that the correlation between those two variables was positive and it was in the moderate range. It means that the higher the value of the readiness to have pension, the lower the anxiety retirement and it is vice versa that the lower the value of the readiness to have pension, the higher value of the anxiety
