Abstract
Teknologi cloud storage diciptakan dengan tujuan salah satunya dapat meningkatkan operasional dari suatu organisasi agar mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan secara maksimal serta efektif dan efisien. Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (BEM ITS) merupakan penyelenggara kegiatan mahasiswa pada tingkat institut. BEM ITS terkait dengan fungsionalitasnya memerlukan teknologi untuk mendukung tugas-tugasnya. Oleh karena itu BEM ITS memanfaatkan teknologi cloud storage yang merupakan salah satu contoh organisasi yang memanfaatkan teknologi untuk menunjang fungsionalitasnya. Cloud storage merupakan teknologi yang memungkinkan penggunanya untuk melakukan mengolah data dan menyimpan data secara online. Penerimaan teknologi cloud storage pada BEM ITS diukur dengan menggunakan Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM) yang merupakan model gabungan dari dua dimensi. Dua dimensi tersebut yaitu dimensi kepribadian dari Technology Readiness Index (TRI) sedangkan dari dimensi teknologi yaitu Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penggabungan antara dua model ini digunakan untuk mengukur bagaimana penerimaan teknologi cloud storage yang digunakan pada BEM ITS. Dalam model TRAM, terdapat 6 variabel yang diteliti terkait dengan penerimaan teknologi cloud storage yaitu optimism, innovativeness, insecurity, discomfort, percive usefulness serta perceive ease of use. Populasi pada penelitian yaitu seluruh anggota BEM ITS. Pengambilan sampel melalui non-probabilty sampling dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau total sampling dimana jumlah populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online kepada 260 anggota BEM ITS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2017. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa anggota mempunyai tingkat optimis dan inovatif yang tinggi, sedangkan inovatif dan optimis yang tingi tidak didukung dengan adanya rasa aman yang dirasakan oleh anggota, akan tetapi kenyamanan dalam menggunakan tekngologi cloud storage masih cukup tinggi, kemudian anggota merasakan adanya kegunaan dan kemanfaatan yang dirasakan saat menggunakan teknologi cloud storage. Tingkat optimis pengguna berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi kemanfaatan dan persesepsi kemudahan. Tingkat inovatif pengguna berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhdap kemanfaatan namun tidak signifikan terhadap persepsi kemudahan penggunaan. Tingkat ketidakamanan pengguna perpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi kemanfaatan namun tidak terhadap kemudahan penggunaan. Faktor ketidaknyamanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemanfaatan, dan ketidaknyamanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi kemudahan. Sedangkan faktor kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemanfaatan.
English Abstract
The objective of cloud storage technology is improve the operational of an organization to achieve the expected objective as well as effective and effiecient maximally. Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (BEM ITS) is the executant of student activities of the level of institute. With the functionality, BEM ITS need the technology to support their assignment. Therefore BEM ITS using cloud storage technology which the one of organization that utilized the technolgy for support their functionality. Cloud storage technology is the technology that allows the user to process data and saving data on cloud or online. The acceptance of cloud storage technology in BEM ITS measured using the Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM), TRAM is a model combined of two dimensions. That dimensions came from personality dimension from Technology Readiness Index (TRI) and technology dimension from Techology Acceptance Model (TAM). TRAM model contain of 6 variabel which is optimism, innovativeness, insecurity, discomfort, perceive usefulness and perceive ease of use.The population of this research is all members of BEM ITS. And the sample of this research is same with the population. This research using non-probability sampling with the technique using total sampling. Data collected through the spreading of questionares online to 260 members of BEM ITS. Collected of data was done in December 2017. This analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result shows that members have a high level of optimism and innovation, although the factors innovative and optimism is high, that not supported by the sense of factor insecurity themembers, but the comfort by using cloud storage technology is still high enough, then members feel that cloud storage is usefulness and ease of use. The optimism level of members has a positive and significant influence with the perceive usefulness and perceive ease of use. The innovativeness level of members has a positive and significant influence with the perceive usefulness but not significant with the percive ease of use. Then, insecurity has a negatively and significantly influences with the perceive usefulness but not with the perceive ease of use factor. The discomfort factor has no influence on perceive usefulness, and discomfort factor has no significant influence with the perceive ease of use. Then, the perceive ease of use factor has a positive and significant influence with perceive usefulness.
