Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar perusahaan yang berkembang pada sektor Food and Beverage. Harga saham merupakan ukuran indeks prestasi perusahaan, yaitu seberapa jauh manajemen telah berhasil mengelola perusahaan atas nama pemegang saham. Bagi perusahaan Food and Beverage yang telah go public, harga saham berperan penting karena hal ini mengindikasikan nilai dari perusahaan tersebut. Maka dari itu pengaruh ROE, DR, DER, EPS terhadap harga saham guna mendukung harga saham perusahaan Food and Beverage. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh variabel ROE, DR, DER, EPS Perusahaan Food and Beverage, yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2013 Terhadap Harga Saham. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Pengaruh ROE, DR, DER, EPS Perusahaan Food and Beverage terhadap harga saham secara simultan ROE, DR, DER, EPS berpengaruh signifikan. Secara parsial ROE berpengaruh signifikan, tetapi DR, DER, dan EPS berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, dan yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan adalah variabel ROE.
English Abstract
This research was conducted on the basis of a growing company in the Food and Beverage sector. Stock price index is a measure of the achievements of companies, namely how far the management has managed the company on behalf of shareholders. Food and Beverage For companies that have gone public, the stock price plays an important role because it indicates the value of the company. Thus the effect of ROE, DR, DER, EPS on stock prices in order to support the companys stock price Food and Beverage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROE, DR, DER, EPS Food and Beverage Company, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Share Price 2011-2013 period. This type of research is quantitative research .. The results of this study explain that Influence ROE, DR, DER, EPS Food and Beverage Company on stock prices simultaneously ROE, DR, DER, EPS significant effect. Partially ROE significant effect, but the DR, DER, and EPS not significant effect on stock prices, and the dominant influence is ROE.
