Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan signifikansi pengaruh variabel Pendidikan Karyawan dan variabel Pelatihan Karyawan secara parsial terhadap Kemampuan Kerja Karyawan dan Kinerja Karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey dengan menggunakan metode penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 53 orang karyawan tetap PT. Bank NTB Cabang Utama Pejanggik dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan cara tabulasi skor hasil penelitian untuk mengetahui rata-rata skor variabel sehingga dapat diketahui seberapa jauh kontribusi pendidikan karyawan, pelatihan karyawan dan seberapa tinggi kemampuan dan kinerja yang dicapai karyawan pada tingkat signifikansi <0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path), pengaruh pendidikan karyawan terhadap kemampuan kerja karyawan menghasilkan nilai t statistics sebesar 2,583 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,013, yang berarti berpengaruh signifikan. Pengaruh pelatihan karyawan terhadap kemampuan kerja karyawan menghasilkan nilai t statistics sebesar 2,101 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,041, yang berarti berpengaruh signifikan. Pendidikan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan menghasilkan nilai t statistics sebesar 10,524 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000, yang berarti berpengaruh signifikan. Pengaruh pelatihan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan menghasilkan nilai t statistics sebesar 2,613 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,012, yang berarti berpengaruh signifikan. Kemampuan kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan menghasilkan nilai t statistics sebesar 6,918 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0.000 yang berarti berpengaruh signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, disarankan kepada perusahaan untuk dapat merekrut tenaga kerja yang memiliki pendidikan yang baik sehingga akan mampu menghadapi setiap pekerjaan dengan baik, disamping itu untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerja dan kinerja karyawan hendaknya perusahaan lebih sering melaksanakan pelatihan baik berupa on the job training maupun off the job training untuk dapat mengembangkan kemampuan para karyawan dalam bekerja sehingga dapat memiliki kinerja yang baik.
English Abstract
This research aims to know and explain the significance of the influence of employee’s education variable and employee’s training variable in a partial on employee’s ability and employee’s performance. This research is kind of survey research, while this research using a explanation research method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is totaled 53 employee’s and the samples taken as many as 53 employee’s. These research use statistical analysis descriptive and statistical analysis inferential by tabulation of the results to find an average score a variable that can be seen how far the employee’s education, employee’s training and how high ability and whose performance by employee’s at its significance <0.05. Based on the results of the inferential analysis with using path analysis, the influence of employee’s education on the employee’s ability produce t statistics value as much as 2,583 with probabilities 0,013, there are significant influence. The influence of employee’s training on the employee’s ability produce t statistics value as much as 2,101 with probabilities 0,041, there are significant influence. Employee’s education on the employee’s performance produce t statistics value as much as 10,524 with probabilities 0,000, there are significant influence. The influence of employee’s training on the employee’s performance produce t statistics value as much as 2,613 with probabilities 0,012, there are significant influence. The employee’s working ability on the employee’s performance produce t statistics value as much as 6,918 with probabilities 0.000, there are significant influence. Based on that results, then suggested to the company to recruit employee who have a good education so that will be able to face any work wellin addition to improve the ability of work and the employees performance, the company should be more often carry out training for employees , both on the job training and off the job training. The implementation of this training intended to be developing the ability of employees in work that can have a good performance in accordance with the company needed in achieving the purpose of which has been set.
