Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar Kabupaten Malang yang sedang berupaya menjadi daerah pariwisata dengan konsep agro dan ekowisata dimana Wisata Agro Wonosari adalah salah satu kawasan wisata agro yang cukup berkembang dilihat dari segi pengunjung dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Agar kawasan wisata ini semakin berkembang maka diperlukan suatu sinergitas dari pihak-pihak yang bekerjasama dengan pihak pengelola Wisata Agro Wonosari. Penelitian ini berfokus pada sinergitas antara pihak pengelola Wisata Agro Wonosari dengan institusi lain serta masyarakat sekitar dalam mengembangkan Wisata Agro Wonosari dan tantangan yang mempengaruhi sinergitas antara pihak pengelola dengan institusi lain dalam mengembangkan Wisata Agro Wonosari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data diperoleh dengan melibatkan pihak pengelola Wisata Agro Wonosari, Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Malang, masyarakat sekitar, dan pengunjung. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sinergitas antara pihak-pihak yang bekerjasama dalam upaya mengembangkan Wisata Agro Wonosari masih belum tercapai walaupun interaksi dan peran dari masing-masih pihak sudah tampak. Hal ini dikarenakan peran pihak pengelola Wisata Agro Wonosari yang masih dominan dan peran Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Malang serta masyarakat sekitar yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Terdapat pula tantangan yang mempengaruhi sinergitas yaitu peran pihak pengelola yang masih dominan, belum adanya sinergi dengan pihak kepolisian, dan terkait dengan pelatihan pariwisata yang diberikan Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Malang. Diperlukan upaya agar sinergitas antara pihak pengelola dengan institusi lain serta masyarakat sekitar dalam mengembangkan Wisata Agro Wonosari dapat tercapai yakni dengan meningkatkan peran Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Malang serta masyarakat sekitar. Perlu adanya pelatihan pariwisata secara berkala dan koordinasi dengan pihak Dinas yang lain.
English Abstract
This research was conducted on the basis of Malang who are attempting to become the region with the concept of agro tourism and ecotourism where Wonosari Agro Tourism is one area that is developing agro tourism in terms of visitors in recent years. In order for this tourist area is growing, we need a synergy of the parties to cooperate with the manager of the Agro Tourism Wonosari. This study focuses on the synergy between the manager of the Agro Tourism Wonosari with other institutions and communities in developing Agro Tourism Wonosari and challenges that affect the synergy between the manager and other institutions in developing Agro Tourism Wonosari. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data obtained by involving managers Wonosari Agro Tourism, Department of Culture and Tourism Malang, surrounding communities and visitors. Data analysis was performed with an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the synergy between the parties to cooperate in efforts to develop Agro Tourism Wonosari still not been achieved despite the interactions and the role of each party is already visible. This is because the role of the manager of the Agro Tourism Wonosari is still dominant and the role of the Department of Culture and Tourism Malang and surrounding communities that still needs to be improved. There are also challenges that affect the synergy that is the role of the manager is still dominant, there is a synergy with the police, and related to tourism training given the Department of Culture and Tourism Malang. Necessary efforts for synergy between the manager and other institutions as well as the surrounding communities in developing Wonosari Agro Tourism can be achieved is by increasing the role of the Department of Culture and Tourism Malang and surrounding communities. The need for tourism training regularly and coordination with the Department of others.
