Abstract
Penelitian yang dilakukan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) Cabang Blitar ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variabel insentif yang terdiri dari insentif material (X1) dan insentif non material (X2) terhadap variabel motivasi kerja (Y1) dan kinerja karyawan (Y2). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 51 karyawan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS 17 for windows sebagai pengolah data. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif diketahui bahwa variabel insentif material (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi kerja (Y1) sebesar 0,447 sementara variabel insentif non material (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi kerja (Y1) sebesar 0,411. Variabel insentif material (X1) melalui variabel motivasi kerja (Y1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja (Y2) sebesar 0,583 dan Variabel insentif non material (X2) melalui variabel motivasi kerja (Y1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y2) sebesar 0,536. Variabel motivasi kerja (Y1) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y2) sebesar 0,305. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari variabel insentif material (X1) dan insentif non material (X2) terhadap variabel motivasi kerja (Y1) dan kinerja karyawan (Y2)
English Abstract
This study has a purpose to clarify the effect of incentives variables, consist of material incentives (X1) and non-material incentives (X2) towards PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) Blitar Office Branch’s employee’s works motivation (Y1) and their job performance (Y2) as well. Explanatory research with quantitative method is used in this study. Questionnaire is allotted to 51 employees in order to collect materials. Descriptive analysis and path analysis will be used with the help of SPSS 17 for windows as the data tabulations. Result of analytical description shows that material incentives (X1) has positive and significantly influenced on employee’s motivation (Y1) by 0,447 while non-material incentives (X2) significantly influenced on employee’s motivation (Y1) by 0,411. Through works motivation variables (Y1), materials incentives (X1) is positively and significantly influencing their job performance (Y2) by 0,583 while Non-materials incentives (X2) influencing job performance (Y2) by 0,536. Employee’s works motivation variables (Y1) has influenced job performance variables (Y2) by 0,305. This can be concluded that there are positive and significantly influences regarding incentives variables, which consist of material incentives (X1) and non-material incentives (X2), towards PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) Blitar Office Branch’s employee’s works motivation (Y1) and their job performance (Y2) as well
