Abstract
Penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan yang dilakukan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero), Tbk Cabang Blitar ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variabel kesesuaian pengetahuan (X1), variabel kesesuaian ketrampilan (X2), variabel kesesuaian sikap (X3) secara simultan dan parsial terhadap variabel prestasi kerja karyawan (Y). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 51 karyawan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan komputer yang kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS 17 for windows. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif dapat diketahui bahwa rata-rata jawaban responden variabel kesesuaian pengetahuan (X1) sebesar 4,00, angka tersebut masuk dalam kategori setuju, variabel kesesuaian ketrampilan (X2) sebesar 4,10, angka tersebut termasuk dalam kategori setuju, variabel kesesuaian sikap (X3) sebesar 4,01, angka tersebut masuk dalam kategori setuju dan variabel prestasi kerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 3,98, angka tersebut masuk dalam kategori setuju. Berdasarkan hasil regresi disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan (Y) dengan hasil variabel kesesuaian pengetahuan (X1) sebesar 0,386, variabel kesesuaian ketrampilan (X2) sebesar 0,258, dan variabel kesesuaian sikap (X3) sebesar 0,378. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas, yaitu variabel kesesuaian pengetahuan (X1), variabel kesesuaian ketrampilan (X2), dan variabel kesesuaian sikap (X3) mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap variabel terikat yaitu prestasi kerja karyawan (Y).
English Abstract
This research with title The Influemce Job Placement for the Work Performance of employees which done in (Study to the employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) branch Blitar) has purpose to explain about influence variable of knowledge’s suitability (X1), variable of skill’s suitability (X2), variable of attitude’s suitability (X3) with simultaneous and partial to the variable of work performance of employees (Y). The kinds of this research which used is explanatory research with quantitative research method, the technique of collect the data is spread the questionnaire to the 51 employees. The analysis data of this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regressions with help of computer and then the processed uses SPSS 17 for windows program. Based upon the descriptive analysis can be known that average of the answer of respondents variable of knowledge’s suitability (X1) is 4,00, the data includes in agreement category, variable skill’s suitability (X2) is 4,10, the data include in agreement category, variable attitude’s suitability (X3) is 4,01, the data include in agreement category and variable of work performance of the employees (Y) is 3,98, the data include in agreement category. Based upon the result of regression can be concluded that there any significant influence for the work performance of employees (Y) with the result of variable of knowledge’s suitability (X1) is 0,386, variable of skill’s suitability (X2) is 0,258 and variable of attitude’s suitability (X3) IS 0,378. This can be concluded that there independent variable, they are variable of knowledge’s suitability (X1), variable of skill’s suitability (X2), and variable of attitude’s suitability (X3) have positive influence for the dependent variable that is work performance of employees (Y)
