Abstract
Penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dilakukan pada karyawan bagian produksi PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi, Beji Pasuruan bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja serta Kinerja Karyawan bagian produksi PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi, Beji Pasuruan, serta untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variabel Keselamatan Kerja (X1) dan variabel Kesehatan Kerja (X2) secara simultan dan parsial terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatory dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 62 karyawan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif dapat diketahui bahwa skor rata-rata variabel Keselamatan Kerja (X1) sebesar 4,25 yang masuk dalam kategori sangat setuju. Skor rata-rata variabel Kesehatan Kerja (X2) sebesar 4,31 yang masuk dalam kategori sangat setuju, dan variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) memiliki skor rata-rata sebesar 4,33 yang masuk dalam kategori sangat setuju. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden menyetujui atau menilai Keselamatan Kerja (X1) dan Kesehatan Kerja (X2) yang diberikan perusahaan sangat baik sehingga Kinerja Karyawan (Y) juga sangat baik. Hasil penelitian analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan bagian produksi PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi Beji Pasuruan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (2,145 > 2,000) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,324. Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan bagian produksi PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi Beji Pasuruan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (2,623 > 2,000) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,509. Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan bagian produksi PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi Beji Pasuruan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel (43,950 > 3,15) dan mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 58,5% dan sisanya sebesar 41,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Dr. Mochammad Al Musadieq, MBA ; Arik Prasetya, S.Sos, M.Si, Ph.D. The research is entitled The Influence of Occupational Safety and Health on Employee Performance. The observed employee is employee of Production Division of PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi, Beji Pasuruan. The objectives of research are to explain the description of occupational safety and health, to understand the performance of employee in the production division of PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi, Beji Pasuruan, and to examine the influence of occupational safety (X1) and occupational health (X2) simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance (Y). Type of research is explanatory and research method is quantitative. Data collection technique involves distributing questionnaire to 62 employees. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The analysis is supported by SPSS 17 for Windows. Result of descriptive analysis indicates that average score of Occupational Safety (X1) is 4,25 and this variable belongs to very agree category. Average score of Occupational Health (X2) is 4,31 which also put this variable into very agree category. Employee Performance (Y) has average score of 4,33 which also classifies into very agree category. Result of descriptive analysis has indicated that majority of respondents have good, and therefore, Employee Performance (Y) is also very good. Result of multiple linier regression analysis has shown that Occupational Safety has significant influence on Employee Performance in the Production Division of PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi, Beji Pasuruan as shown by tcount higher than ttable (2,145 > 2,000) with coefficient of regression is 0,324. Occupational Health has significant influence on Employee Performance in the Production Division of PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi, Beji Pasuruan as shown by tcount higher than ttable (2,623 > 2,000) with coefficient of regression is 0,509. Occupational Safety and Occupational Health are simultaneously and significantly influencing Employee Performance in the Production Division of PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi, Beji Pasuruan as indicated by Fcount higher than Ftable (43,950 > 3,15). It can be concluded that both variables are contributing Employee Performance for 58,5% while the remaining 41,5% are influenced by other factors beyond this research.
