Abstract
Organisasi modern mengandalkan teknologi informasi untuk memberikan kontribusi kinerja anggota organisasi. Salah satunya Direktorat Jenderal Pajak sebagai lembaga penopang pendapatan tertinggi negara yang menggunakan teknologi informasi berbentuk aplikasi sistem informasi direktorat jenderal pajak (SIDJP). Aplikasi SIDJP yang diharapkan mempermudah pekerjaan pegawai pajak sehingga memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pajak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penggunaan aplikasi sistem informasi direktorat jenderal pajak (SIDJP) yang sedang berjalan saat ini dan menganalisis kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Surabaya Gubeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian yang ditetapkan adalah tentang p enggunaan aplikasi SIDJP bagi pegawai dan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Surabaya Gubeng . Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang dipilih peneliti berupa pedoman wawancara dan form pencatatan dokumen. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan model Miles and Huberman. Langkah-langkah yang diambil yaitu mengumpulkan data primer yang diambil dari hasil wawancara, data primer dikategorikan ke dalam bagian-bagian tertentu secara rinci dan juga sistematis sesuai dengan fokus penelitian, mengumpulkan data, menyusun dan menyajikan data secara terperinci dan jelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi sistem informasi direktorat jenderal pajak (SIDJP) mudah dan bermanfaat dalam pengoperasiannya sehingga berdampak positif bagi kinerja pegawai namun terdapat kelemahan pada aplikasi SIDJP yaitu fitur yang disediakan aplikasi SIDJP masih belum memenuhi kebutuhan pegawai di seksi pengawasan dan konsultasi dan seksi penagihan serta kelemahan lainnya, kadang-kadang terjadi error atau not responding saat akses aplikasi SIDJP yang diakibatkan terjadi akses data secara bersamaan pada seluruh pegawai di KPP Pratama Surabaya Gubeng, koneksinya terkadang mengalami gangguan, terkadang masih terdapat data yang masih belum tersedia walaupun sudah direkam sebelumnya. Saran yang direkomendasikan yaitu (1) meningkatkan kapasitas aplikasi SIDJP dari segi kuota akses (2) menambahkan server, bandwith dan memperbaiki koneksi dalam jaringan komputer yang menghubungkan aplikasi SIDJP sehingga tidak terjadi gangguan dalam penggunaan, prosesnya lebih cepat dan data akan tersimpan sesuai yang direkam pegawai, (3) penambahan fitur aplikasi SIDJP untuk Account Representative (AR) dalam melakukan pengawasan wajib pajak dan fitur untuk juru sita dalam membantu proses penagihan.
English Abstract
Modern organization relies on information technology to contribute the performance of a member of the organization. One of them is the directorate general of taxes as an institution buttresses income the highest state that using information technology is the application of information systems Directorate General of taxes (SIDJP). The application of SIDJP which is expected to ease the work of employees tax so as to give positive impact on the performance of employees taxes. The purpose of this research is to know and analyzing use application information system directorate general of taxes (SIDJP) who is running current and analyzing performance of employees in Tax Services Office Primary Surabaya Gubeng. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach method. The research focus is on the use of SIDJP applications for officers and employees in the performance of the Tax Services Office Primary Surabaya Gubeng. This study uses data collection techniques such as interviews and documentation. Selected research instruments researchers is interview guides and form of document recording. Researcher used data analysis techniques with a model of Miles and Huberman. The steps that are taken that collect primary data culled from interviews, primary data are categorized into specific sections in detail and also systematically in accordance with the focus of research, collecting data, compiling and presenting data in detail and clear. The results showed that use of application information systems Directorate General of taxes (SIDJP) easy and useful to operate so as to positively impact the performance of the employees but there are weaknesses in the application of SIDJP that is a feature that provided application SIDJP still not meet the needs of employees in section of supervision and consultation and section of billing. And another weaknesses are sometimes an error or not responding when an application access caused SIDJP occur simultaneously access the data on all employees in the Tax Services Office Primary Surabaya Gubeng, sometimes the connections are broken, sometimes there are data that are still not available , despite being previously recorded. The advice recommended the (1) improve the capacity of SIDJP application in terms of quota access (2) to add the server, bandwidth and improve connections within the computer network that connects the SIDJP application so there happen interruptions in usage, the process is faster and saved appropriate data will be recorded employees, (3) the addition of application SIDJP feature to account representative (AR) in monitoring taxpayers and features to bailiff requisitioning in helping billing process.
