Abstract

The samples based on time series data quarterly period January 2004-September 2013, that is as many as 39 samples. The data used were obtained from the official website of Bank Indonesia (http://www.bi.go.id/). Analysis ofthe data use dismultiple linear regression analysis using SPSS19.0. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.719, which means independent variables GDP, inflation rate, interest rateof SBI, and the rupiah Jump affect FDI into Indonesia at 71.9% while the remaining 28.1% of FDI is affected by variables others that are not addressed in this study. The results of simultaneous test (Test F), shows that GDP, inflation rate, interest rate of SBI, and the exchange rate simultaneously significant effect on direct foreign investment into Indonesia. While the results of the partial test (t test), indicating that the gross domestic product and the variable interest rate of SBI is partially significant effect on Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia, while the variable inflation and the exchange rate against the dollar partially in significant effect on foreign investment Jump in Indonesia.
