Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel pemekaran kecamatan, yakni variabel urgensi dan relevansi, variabel prosedur, variabel implikasi terdapat pengaruh siginifikan secara simultan terhadap variabel kinerja pelayanan publik Kota Mojokerto. Kedua untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel pemekaran kecamatan, yakni variabel urgensi dan relevansi, variabel prosedur, variabel implikasi terdapat pengaruh siginifikan secara parsial terhadap variabel kinerja pelayanan publik Kota Mojokerto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini Kecamatan Prajurit Kulon di Kota Mojokerto Propinsi Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Kecamatan Prajurit Kulon di Kota Mojokerto Propinsi Jawa Timur, bahwa Lingkungan Kemasan RW 1 yang telah mengalami pemekaran dengan jumlah warga sebanyak 726 jiwa dengan 246 KK dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Selanjutnya yang memenuhi kriteria sesuai persyaratan dan dijadikan sampel oleh peneliti hanya 25% dari total KK yang ada, yaitu sebesar 61,5 dibulatkan menjadi 62 KK Analisis yang digunakan adalah asumsi klasik, koefisien korelasi (R), koefisien determinasi (R2), koefisien Adjusted R Square, koefisien regresi (b), koefisien beta (β) dan koefisien parsial (r). Hipotesis I, yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel pemekaran kecamatan, yakni variabel urgensi dan relevansi, variabel prosedur, variabel implikasi secara simultan terhadap variabel kinerja pelayanan publik Kecamatan Prajurit Kulon di Kota Mojokerto Propinsi Jawa Timur. Dari hasil analisis dan interpretasi hipotesis I dapat dibuktikan kebenarannya bahwa secara simultan ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Hipotesis II, yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel pemekaran kecamatan, yakni variabel urgensi dan relevansi, variabel prosedur, variabel implikasi secara parsial terhadap variabel kinerja pelayanan publik Kecamatan Prajurit Kulon di Kota Mojokerto Propinsi Jawa Timur. Dari hasil analisis dan interpretasi hipotesis II dapat dibuktikan kebenarannya bahwa secara parsial ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Dari hasil analisis dan interpretasi hipotesis II, dapat diketahui variabel urgensi dan relevansi (X1) berpengaruh dominan terhadap variabel kinerja pelayanan publik Kecamatan Prajurit Kulon di Kota Mojokerto Propinsi Jawa Timur (Y1).
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze variable expansion districts, namely variable urgency and relevance, procedure variables, there are significant implications of significant variables simultaneously to variable performance of public services in Mojokerto. Both variables to determine and analyze the expansion districts, namely variable urgency and relevance, procedure variables, there are significant implications of significant variables partially on public service performance variables Mojokerto. The population in this study Prajuritkulon District of Soldiers in Mojokerto East Java Province. Based on the data obtained from the District Soldier Prajuritkulon in Mojokerto East Java Province, Environmental Packaging that RW 1 that have undergone division by the number of residents as much as 726 in habitants with 246 house holds with a purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, according to the requirements which meet the criteria and were sampled by researchers only 25% of the total house holds were there, in the amount of 61.5 is rounded to 62 KK analsis used is the classical assumption, the correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R2), coefficient of Adjusted R Square, regression coefficient(b), the beta coefficient (B) and the partial coefficient (r). First hypothesis, which states that there is a significant relationship between the variable expansion districts, the urgency and relevance of variables, variable procedures, variables simultaneously implications to variable performance of public service in the District Soldiers Prajuritkulon Mojokerto East Java Province. From the analysis and interpretation of the first hypothesis can be verified that simultaneously there is a significant effect. Hypothesis II, which states that there is a significant relationship between the variable division of the district, the urgency and relevance of variables, procedure variables, partial implications variable to variable performance of public services in the District Soldiers Prajuritkulon Mojokerto East Java Province. From the analysis and interpretation of the second hypothesis can be verified that the partial no significant effect. From the analysis and interpretation of the second hypothesis, it is known the urgency and relevance of variables (XI) the dominant influence on public service performance variables Prajuritkulon District of Soldiers in Mojokerto East Java (Y1).
