Abstract
Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sangatlah penting untuk menunjang kinerja karyawan, terutama pada bagian produksi atau lapangan. Karena karyawan yang berada di area produksi atau lapangan selalu berinteraksi dengan alat-alat penunjang (mesin, bahan kimia, peralatan) sehingga diperlukan manajemen yang baik tentang keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan. Selain itu karyawan juga harus memiliki kondisi fisik yang sehat dan kondisi lingkungan yang mendukung agar karyawan dapat bekerja secara baik dan optimal. Dengan adanya perhatian dari perusahaan tentang kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja bisa membuat karyawan merasa aman terhindar dari penyakit dan kecelakaan akibat kerja. Hal ini bisa menimbulkan rasa kepuasan bagi karyawan. Meningkatnya rasa kepuasan karyawan dalam bekerja bisa memicu produktivitas kerja karyawan untuk memenuhi tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana pelaksanaan Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, menjelaskan pengaruh simultan Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, dan untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh parsial Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda, uji F dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0,001 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 (0,001< 0,05) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,372. Kesehatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0,002 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 (0,002< 0,05) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,314.Keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi F sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) dan mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja 0,536 atau sebesar 53,6%. Sisanya 46,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
English Abstract
Safety and health areextremely important to support the employee's performance, especially on the part of production or the field. Because employees who are in the area or field production always interact with ancillary equipment (machinery, chemicals, equipment) so that the required good management of employee safety and health.In addition employees should also have a healthy physical condition and environmental conditions which support so that employees can work properly andoptimally. With the attention from companies about the health and safety work can make employees feel safe to avoid diseases and occupational accidents. This could give rise to a sense of satisfaction for the employees. The growing sense of satisfaction of employees in work can trigger the employee productivity to meet company goals. This research aims to describe how the implementation of Safety and occupational health of the employees job satisfaction, explains the influence of simultaneous Safety and occupational health of the employees job satisfaction, and to explain the influence of the partial Safety and occupational health of the employees job satisfaction. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. Analytical techniques descriptive analyses are used, multiple regression analysis, F test and t test. Based on the results of the analysis show that significant safety effect of employees job satisfaction, indicated by a value of 0.001 t significance smaller than (= 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05) with a coefficient of regression 0,372. Occupational health effect significantly to job satisfaction, indicated by the value of 0.002 t significance smaller than (= 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05) with the regression coefficient of 0,314.Safety and occupational health are jointly contributing significantly to the satisfaction of kerja karyawan, indicated by the value of F is equal to 0.000 significance smaller than (= 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and be able to contribute towards satisfaction of the variables kerja0 or,536 for 53,6%. 46,4% the rest is affected by other variables which are not examined in this study.
