Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tingkat perekonomian masyarakat Indonesia yang semakin berkembang sehingga memicu masyarakat untuk melakukan investasi khususnya investasi dalam bentuk saham. Investasi dalam bentuk saham menjadi salah satu yang disukai masyarakat karena mudah dibeli dan cukup menjajikan walaupun terdapat risiko juga didalamnya. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai harga intrinsik saham suatu perusahaan untuk kemudian dibandingkan dengan harga pasarnya sehingga akan sangat membantu untuk menentukan saham perusahaan mana yang sebaiknya dipilih untuk berinvestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan salah satu analisis fundamental, yaitu PER (Price Earning Ratio) dengan menggunakan dua rasio, yaitu Rasio Profitabilitas dan Rasio Pasar. Setelah itu menganalisis ecpected earning growth rate, estimated earning per share, estimated cash dividend per share, estimated discount rate, price earning ratio, dan terakhir menghitung harga intrinsik saham lalu membandingkannya dengan harga pasar saham. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan obyek penelitiannya adalah PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk, PT. Intraco Penta Tbk, dan PT. United Tractor Tbk. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Pojok Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan teknik pengambilan data yaitu dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, harga intrinsik saham perusahaan PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk dan PT. United Tractor Tbk dalam kondisi overvalued. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa harga intrinsik kedua perusahaan tersebut lebih kecil dibandingkan harga pasar saham saat ini. Hasil positif ditunjukkan PT. Intraco Penta Tbk karena harga intrinsik saham perusahaan ini lebih besar dibandingkan harga pasarnya atau dalam kondisi undervalued. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian, disarankan investor lebih jeli dalam menilai harga intrinsik sebelum membeli saham sebuah perusahaan. Saham PT. Intraco Penta Tbk menjadi pilihan yang menarik bagi para investor untuk menanamkan sahamnya.
English Abstract
This research was motivated by the growing of Indonesian societys economic level which prompting people to make investments, especially investments in shares. Investments in shares of stock into which the preferred one because it is easily purchased and the community is quite promising although there are also risks therein. The aim of this study was to assess the intrinsic value of a companys stock and then compared with the market price so it would be helpful to determine where the companys stock should be selected to invest. This research uses a fundamental analysis, ie PER (Price Earning Ratio) using three ratios, Profitability Ratios and Market Ratio. After that analyzing the ecpected earnings growth rate, estimated earnings per share, the estimated cash dividend per share, the estimated discount rate, the price earnings ratio, and the last calculate intrinsic value of the stock and then compare it with the market price of the stock. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research, the object of research are PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk, PT. Intraco Penta Tbk, and PT. United Tractor Tbk. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Corner Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) UBs Faculty of Economics. Sources of data in this study is a secondary data with the data retrieval technique that documentation. Results showed intrinsic value of the companies of PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk and PT. United Tractor Tbk in overvalued conditions. This suggests that the intrinsic value of these companies is smaller than the current stock market price. The results indicated a positive PT. Intraco Penta Tbk because this company has greater intrinsic value compared with the market price or in undervalued condition. Based on the results of the study, advised investors more careful in assessing the intrinsic value before buying shares of a company. PT. Intraco Penta’ shares is interesting choice for investors.
