Abstract
Sistem reproduksi wanita terbagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu alat reproduksi wanita bagian dalam dan alat reproduksi wanita bagian luar. Alat reproduksi wanita bagian luar diantaranya Mons veneris, Bibir besar (Labia mayora), Bibir kecil (Labia minora), Klitoris, Vestibulum, Perinium, Kelenjar barthoolin dan selaput dara. Sedangkan alat reproduksi wanita bagian dalam diantaranya Vagina, Uterus, Tuba Fallopi dan Ovarium. Namun, masih banyak wanita yang enggan memperhatikan kesehatan sistem reproduksinya. Perlahan penyakit kanker menyerang jika wanita tidak menjaga kesehatan sistem reproduksinya. Penanggulangan penyakit kanker sangatlah diperlukan tetapi terkadang terbentur pada terbatasnya jumlah dokter atau ahli. Maka dari itu untuk mengurangi keterbatasan tersebut perlu dibuat alat bantu berupa sistem pakar. Pada penelitian ini mengimplementasikan sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosis penyakit kanker pada sistem reproduksi menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes-Certainty Factor berbasis android. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan penggunaan metode Naïve Bayes-Certainty Factor memiliki ketepatan hasil dan diagnosis yang baik dan akurat, karena keluaran yang dihasilkan oleh sistem mempunyai tingkat keakuratan sebesar 85,71%.
English Abstract
The Female reproductive System is divided into two parts : inner reproduction and outer reproduction. The Outside female reproduction such as Mons veneris, Large lips (Labia majora), Small lips (Labia minora), Clitoris, Vestibulum, Perinium, Barthoolin gland and hymen. While the inner female reproduction are Vagina, Uterus, Fallopian tube and Ovarium. However, there are many women who still reluctant to pay attention to the health of the reproductive system. Cancer can attacks slowly if women don't maintain the health of their reproductive system. Cancer prevention is very necessary nowadays, but sometimes it stumbled on the limited number of doctors or experts. Therefore, a tool of expert system need to be made to reduce these limitiations. This study implements an expert system to diagnose cancer in the reproductive system using the android-based Naïve Bayes-Certainty Factor method. Based on trials, by using Naïve Bayes-Certainty Factor method, the calculation accuracy of the diagnose is good and accurate, because the output of system has 85.71% as accurity level.
