Abstract
Penerapan identifikasi kontribusi sumber daya manusia khususnya kaum perempuan dalam agribisnis penting untuk diketahui dan dipelajari, seperti kontribusi kaum perempuan yang terjadi di daerah pemukiman sekitar UB Forest tepatnya di Dusun Boro Sumbersari, Desa Tawangargo, Kecamatan Karangploso, Kabupaten Malang. Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain (1) Mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perempuan untuk bekerja dalam usaha pembuatan keripik mbothe, (2) Menganalisis kelayakan usaha dalam pembuatan keripik mbothe, (3) Mendeskripsikan kontribusi perempuan dalam usaha pembuatan keripik mbothe. Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan key informan serta purposive sampling atau dengan sengaja sebanyak 7 informan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis usahatani untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan usaha, analisis Harvard serta teknik analsis deskriptif. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perempuan untuk bekerja dalam usaha pembuatan keripik mbothe di Dusun Boro Sumbersari dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial, faktor ekonomi serta faktor budaya. Kontribusi perempuan dalam usaha pembuatan keripik mbothe tersebut termasuk tinggi. Hal tersebut dikarenakan seluruh kegiatan produksi dalam usaha ini dikerjakan oleh kaum perempuan dengan menggunakan analisis Harvard. Suami mendukung jika istri mengikuti usaha pembuatan keripik. Keikutsertaan perempuan dalam usaha pembuatan keripik tidak mengganggu kegiatan domestik perempuan serta berharap dengan ikutserta dalam usaha ini dapat membantu suami untuk menambah penghasil keluarga. Hasil dari perhitungan analisis usaha pembuatan keripik mbothe berdasarkan total biaya produksi secara keseluruhan yang berasal dari total biaya tetap ditambahkan total biaya variabel menghasilkan biaya sebesar Rp. 496.768. Total penerimaan dari hasil penjualan keripik mbothe sebanyak 10 kg yaitu sebesar Rp. 540.000. Keuntungan yang didapatkan dari hasil penjualan keripik mbothe sebanyak 10 kg yaitu sebesar Rp. 43.232. Beberapa hasil perhitungan diatas dapat diketahui hasil analisis tingkat kelayakan usaha yaitu sebesar 1,087. Hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat kelayakan usaha keripik mbothe tersebut tergolong layak untuk dijalankan. Usaha pembuatan keripik mbothe Posdaya Aswaja ini masih tergolong dalam usaha berskala industri rumah tangga dan masih belum termasuk dalam i v usaha yang profesional. Sistem pemasaran yang masih kurang maksimal dan berdampak pada pesanan yang tidak selalu rutin dengan jumlah yang tidak banyak. Hal tersebut menjadi kendala yang dihadapi dalam usaha pembuatan keripik mbothe Posdaya Aswaja. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menghimbau kepada anggota yang masih aktif untuk tetap selalu mengikuti kegiatan yang dilakukan Posdaya Aswaja, mengharapkan kaum perempuan untuk mengikuti penyuluhan atau pelatihan untuk menambah pengalaman dan ilmu yang telah dimiliki sebelumnya serta di Dusun Boro Sumbersari sebaiknya diadakan sosialisasi mengenai sistem pemasaran agar memperluas akses informasi pemasaran yang selama ini hanya didapatkan melalui penanggung jawab saja.
English Abstract
The application of identification in human resources contribution especially women in agribusiness is important to studied, for example women contribution which happened in residential around UB Forest, Boro Sumbersari, Tawangargo Village, Karangploso Subdistrict, Malang Regency. The purposes of this study are (1) to describe the factors that influence the women to work in the business of making mbothe chips, (2) to analyze the feasibility of business mbothe chips, (3) to describe the contribution of women in the business of making mbothe chips. Informant determination technique used in this research is by using key informants and purposive sampling of 7 informants. Data analysis technique used in this research is by using farming analysis to analyze the level of business feasibility, Harvard analysis and descriptive analysis technique. Factors affecting women to work in making mbothe chips in Boro Sumbersari are influenced by social factors, economic factors and cultural factors. The contribution of women in the business of making such mbothe chips is high. This is because all production activities in this business is done by women. Husband supports if the wife joins the business of making chips. The participation of women in the business of making chips does not interfere with the domestic activities and they hope this effort can help her husband to increase family. The results of the calculation of mbothe chips analysis based on the total production cost and the resulte in the cost of Rp. 496.768. Total revenue from the sale of mbothe chips as much as 10 kg is Rp. 540,000. Profit obtained from the sale of mbothe chips as much as 10 kg of Rp. 43.232. Some of the calculation results can be seen the analysis of business feasibility level of 1.087. It’s means that the feasibility level of the mbothe chips business is quite feasible to run. The business of making Posdaya Aswaja mbothe chips is still classified as a household-scale business and is not yet included in a professional business. The marketing system is still less than the maximum and impact on orders are not always routine. This becomes an obstacle faced in the business of making mbothe Posdaya Aswaja chips. Suggestion given in this research is appealed to members who are still active to always follow the activities conducted Posdaya Aswaja, expect the women to follow the counseling or training to add experience and knowledge that has been previously owned and in Boro Sumbersari should be held socialization about the system marketing to expand access to marketing information that has been obtained only through the responsible person only.
