Abstract
Industri pariwisata mampu memberikan sumbangan teradap penerimaan devisa yang sangat diperlukan untuk membiayai pembangunan nasional serta meringankan utang negara. Kontribusi industri pariwisata di Indonesia mempunyai peran penting dalam peningkatan penerimaan devisa negara. Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan data dari Kemenpar mengenai ranking devisa pariwisata terhadap 11 ekspor barang terbesar di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2012, industri pariwisata menduduki posisi ke-5 sebagai penyumbang devisa negara. Sedangkan pada tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2015, industri pariwisata dapat mengalahkan industri karet olahan, sehingga menduduki posisi ke-4 setelah komoditi minyak dan gas bumi, batu bara serta minyak kelapa sawit. Dusun Kungkuk dikembangkan sebagai desa wisata sejak tahun 2009 yang lalu. Pengembangan dusun Kungkuk sebagai desa wisata di pengaruhi oleh faktor harga buah apel batu yang mulai menurun. Sehingga penduduk dusun Kungkuk bermusyawarah untuk membentuk desa wisata Kungkuk. Desa Wisata Kungkuk merupakan salah satu dari beberapa desa wisata yang terdapat di Kota Batu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mendeskripsikan seberapa besar lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia di sekitar desa wisata kungkuk; (2) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis bagaimana perubahan sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat sekitar desa wisata kungkuk; (3) Mendeskripsikandan menganalisis bagaimana perubahan ekonomi yang terjadi di masyarakat sekitar desa wisata kungkuk. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer ini diperoleh dari responden penelitian dengan wawancara kepada masyarakat Kungkuk yang ikut serta dalam Desa Wisata. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari sumber-sumber lain yang tidak diperoleh langsung oleh peneliti, data tersebut diperoleh dari pengurus Desa Wisata dan Lembaga Desa yang ada di Desa Punten. Data yang diperoleh dari Pengurus Desa wisata adalah: daftar nama anggota wisata, jumlah kunjungan wisata, data penyuluhan. Sedangkan data yang diperoleh dari lembaga Desa adalah informasi tentang monografi Desa. Data pendukung lainnya digunakan seperti buku, jurnal dan artikel. Populasi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Dusun Kungkuk yang ikut serta dalam Desa Wisata Kungkuk. Metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan dua metode yaitu metode kualitatif dan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia bagi masyarakat Kungkuk tidak terbatas. Dikarenakan masyarakat kungkuk mayoritas adalah petani, maka lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia dari sektor pertanian. Setelah adanya desa wisata, masyarakat memiliki lapangan pekerjaan baru atau sampingan dari pekerjaan utama mereka yang terkait dengan wisata. Perubahan sosial yang terjadi pada masyarakat Dusun Kungkuk lebih kearah positif, seperti tingkat pendidikan formal yang tinggi yang terus meningkat, pendidikan non formal juga bisa didapatkan oleh masyarakat terkait pertanian,wisata dan outbond. Tidak terjadi perubahan status dan peran yang ke arah negatif. Sehingga tidak terjadi konflik sosial yang terjadi sebelum adanya desa wisata dengan setelah adanya desa wisata. Perubahan ekonomi yang terjadi pada masyarakat Dusun Kungkuk adalah adanya tambahan pendapatan dari sektor wisata, penghasilan tiap bulan masyarakat bertambah karna dampak dari Desa Wisata Kungkuk. Setelah adanya Desa Wisata Kungkuk, bisnis lokal masyarakat bertambah seperti homestay, edukasi pertanian, edukasi peternakan, warung, wisata budaya hingga UKM.
English Abstract
Tourism industry is able to contribute to the foreign exchange earnings that are indispensable to finance national development and alleviate the state debt. The contribution of the tourism industry in Indonesia has an important role in increasing the country's foreign exchange earnings. This is reinforced by data from the Ministry of Tourism regarding the ranking of foreign exchange of tourism to the 11 largest goods exports in Indonesia. In 2011 to 2012, the tourism industry occupies the fifth position as a contributing foreign exchange country. While in 2013 until 2015, the tourism industry can beat the processed rubber industry, so it occupies the 4th position after the commodities of oil and gas, coal and palm oil. Hamlet Kungkuk developed as a tourist village since 2009 ago. The development of Kungkuk hamlet as a tourist village is influenced by the price factor of apple which began to decrease. So the people of Kungkuk hamlet discuss to form a tourist village Kungkuk. Kungkuk Tourism Village is one of several tourist villages located in Batu City. Therefore, this study aims to: (1) Describe how much employment is available around the tourist village of kungkuk; (2) Describe and analyze how social changes that occur in the community around the tourist village kungkuk; (3) Describe and analyze how the economic changes that occur in the community around the tourist village kungkuk. The types of data collected in this study are primary and secondary data. This primary data was obtained from the research respondents by interviewing the Kungkuk community who participated in the Tourism Village. While the secondary data obtained from other sources that are not obtained directly by the researchers, the data obtained from the Village Management Village and Village Institutions in Punten Village. Data obtained from the Village Management of the tour are: a list of names of tour members, number of tourist visits, data extension. While the data obtained from the village institution is information about the village monograph. Other supporting data are used such as books, journals and articles. The population of data used in this study is the people of Dusun Kungkuk who participated in the Village Tourism Kungkuk. The sampling method used is purposive. The data obtained are then analyzed by two methods namely qualitative methods and quantitative methods. The result of the research shows that job field available for Kungkuk society is not limited. Because the majority community is farmers, the available jobs are from the agricultural sector. Following the existence of a tourist village, people have new jobs or sidewalks from their main job related to tourism. Social changes that occur in the community of Hamlet Kungkuk more positive, such as the high level of formal education continues to increase, non-formal education can also be obtained by communities related to agriculture, tourism and outbound. No status changes and roles are negative. So there is no social conflict that occurred before the village of tourism with after the village of tourism. Economic changes that occur in the community of Hamlet Kungkuk is an additional income from the tourism sector, the income of each month of society increased because of the impact of the Tourism Village Kungkuk. After the existence of Kungkuk Tourism Village, local business of society is increasing like homestay, agriculture education, animal husbandry education, shop, cultural tourism to UKM.
