Abstract
Sebuah organisasi atau instansi tentunya memiliki proses bisnis yang dijalankan untuk mendukung kegiatan-kegiatan operasional yang ada pada organisasi atau instansi tersebut demi mencapai visi dan misi yang telah ditentukan. Lembaga bimbingan belajar Prisma merupakan salah satu bimbingan belajar yang saat ini semakin berkembang. Seiiring dengan berkembangnya suatu bisnis maka tingkat pelayanan kepada pelanggan juga harus semakin baik. Saat ini dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya, LBB Prisma belum mempunyai proses bisnis yang baku dan jelas. LBB Prisma juga melakukan proses bisnisnya secara manual. Pencatatan data masih dilakukan dengan manual. Risiko hilangnya data akan semakin meningkat. Ekspektasi dari ketua LBB Prima yaitu proses bisnis dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Memodelkanan dan melakukan simulasi proses bisnis pada Bimbingan Belajar Prisma menggunakan BPMN 2) Penelitian dimulai dengan studi kepustakaan dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Selanjutnya dilakukan pemodelan dan simulasi proses bisnis saat ini dengan menggunakan BPMN, analisis permasalahan, analisi perbaikan proses bisnis menggunakan pendekatan BPI, pemodelan dan simulasi proses bisnis usulan dan perbandingan hasil simulasi proses. Hasil yang didapat 1) Pemodelan empat proses bisnis yang nantinya akan dilakukan perbaikan 2) model Proses bisnis usulan menggunakan teknik BPI 3) Hasil perbandingan simulasi proses bisnis saat ini dan usulan.
English Abstract

Prisma learning guidance is one of the learning guidance that is currently growing. Along with the development of a business then the level of service to customers should also be better. Currently in running the business process, LBB Prisma has not had a standard business process. LBB Prisma also performs its business processes manually. Recording of data is still done manually. The risk of loss of data will increase. Expectation from the chairman of LBB Prima that business processes can run effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this research is to 1) Modeling and simulating business processes on Prisma Student Guidance using BPMN 2) Modeling and simulating recommendations business process using the BPI approach on the Prisma Student Guidance 3) Compare the current business process model and the proposed business process. Research begins with literature studies and data collection through interviews. Next is modeling and simulating current business processes using BPMN, problem analysis, business process improvement analysis using BPI approach, modeling and simulation of proposed business processes and comparison of process simulation results. The results obtained from this research that is 1) Modeling of four business processes that will be improved 2) model Proposed business process using BPI techniques 3) Comparison of current business process simulation results and proposals.
