Abstract
Kandungan nutrisi dalam tanah memegang peranan penting dalam sektor pertanian. Banyak para petani yang hanya memanfaatkan informasi yang seadanya pada saat menentukan tanah yang akan dijadikan sebagai lahan bercocok tanam. Sehingga tidak sedikit para petani yang mengalami gagal panen serta kerugian yang disebabkan salah dalam mengolah tanah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibuat sistem yang dapat mendeteksi kandungan nutrisi dalam tanah yang nantinya akan digunakan oleh petani untuk mengklasifikasikan kandungan nutrisi dalam tanah. Penelitian ini menggunakan parameter warna tanah yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan sensor warna TCS3200, sedangkan parameter kelembapan tanah didapatkan dengan menggunakan Soil Moisture sensor. Penentuan kandungan nutrisi didapatkan dari 4 parameter yaitu nilai R, G, B dan nilai Kelembapan tanah yang didapatkan dari masing-masing sensor serta nantinya akan diproses di mikrokontroler Arduino Uno dengan menggunakan metode Naive Bayes. Penggunaan metode Naive Bayes mengacu pada pengambilan keputusan kandungan nutrisi pada tanah, di mana diketahui bahwa metode Naive Bayes mempunyai akurasi yang sangat baik dan dapat digunakan berdasarkan penggolongan kelas diawal proses. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada sistem yang telah dibuat dihasilkan error pembacaan sensor warna TCS3200 sebesar 13% dan rata-rata error Soil Moisture sensor berdasarkan pembacaan dengan alat ukur kelembapan tanah yang sudah ada adalah sebesar 2,41%. Akurasi Metode Naive Bayes dalam melakukan klasifikasi kandungan nutrisi pada tanah adalah sebesar 100% dimana didapatkan dari 26 data latih dan 13 data uji. Waktu komputasi sistem diperolah rata-rata sebesar 0,0814 detik dengan 26 kali pengujian.
English Abstract
Nutrient content in the soil plays an important role in the agricultural sector. Many farmers only use information that is sober when determining the land that will be used as cultivation land. So that not a few farmers who experienced crop failure and losses caused by the wrong in cultivating the land. Based on these problems then created a system that can detect the nutrient content in the soil that will be used by farmers to classify the nutrient content in the soil. This study used soil color parameters obtained by using TCS3200 color sensor, while Soil Moisture parameters obtained by using Soil Moisture sensor. Determination of nutrient content obtained from 4 parameters that is the value of R, G, B and Soil Moisture value obtained from each sensor and later will be processed in Arduino Uno microcontroller by using Naive Bayes method. The use of the Naive Bayes method refers to the decision-making of nutrient content on the soil, where it is known that the Naive Bayes method has excellent accuracy and can be used based on class classification at the beginning of the process. Based on the test that has been done on the system that has been produced error error reading TCS3200 color sensor of 13% and the average error Soil Moisture sensor based on the reading with the existing Soil Moisture meter is 2.41%. The accuracy of the Naive Bayes Method in classifying the nutrient content on the soil is 100% where it was obtained from 26 training data and 13 test data. The computing time of the system is averaged at 0.0814 seconds with 26 tests.
