Abstract
UMKM Keripik Tempe Sanan merupakan salah satu wisata oleh-oleh unggulan di Kota Malang. Saat ini kinerja UMKM keripik tempe Sanan belum optimal, dikarenakan beberapa kendala terkait manajemen rantai pasok. Kendala pertama yang dihadapi adalah tidak adanya pengendalian bahan baku yan baik, sehingga pada saat bahan baku sulit diperoleh pemilik UMKM harus mengeluarkan biaya lebih besar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan produksi. Permasalahan lain ada pada keterbatasan akses pasar yang menyebabkan pelaku UMKM hanya mampu mendistribusikan produknya pada area yang terbatas. Kendala tersebut menyebabkan kinerja UMKM tidak optimal sehingga daya saing usaha ikut menurun. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya peran aktif dari kelembagaan rantai pasok untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing UMKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kelembagaan rantai pasok terhadap kinerja dan daya saing UMKM dan pengaruh kinerja terhadap daya saing UMKM. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kelembagaan rantai pasok terhadap kinerja dan daya saing UMKM adalah dengan metode GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis). Populasi akses sebanyak 9 UMKM. Responden berjumlah 34 orang yang terdiri dari pemilik dan karyawan UMKM ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah kelembagaan rantai pasok (4 indikator), kinerja usaha UMKM (3 indikator) dan daya saing (3 indikator). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh signfikan kelembagaan rantai pasok terhadap kinerja UMKM sebesar 0,824. Pengaruh signifikan juga ditemukan pada hubungan antara kelembagaan rantai pasok terhadap daya saing UMKM sebesar 0,382, selain itu juga terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kinerja usaha dan daya saing UMKM sebesar 0,634. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian juga ditemukan bahwa kinerja usaha memiliki pengaruh parsial dalam memediasi hubungan antara kelembagaan rantai pasok terhadap daya saing usaha sebesar 0,884.
English Abstract
Tempe Chips SMEs in Sanan is one of featured souvenirs destination in Malang. Currently performance of Tempe Chips SMEs in Sanan has not been optimized due to several obstacles related to supply chain management. The first obstacle is the absence of proper raw material control, so that when raw materials become difficult to obtain the owners of SMEs should spend more to meet the needs of production. Another obstacle lies in the limited market access that causes SMEs are only able to distribute their products in a limited area. These obstacles cause the performance of SMEs are less optimized. Therefore, there needs to be an active role of supply chain institutions to improve the performance and competitiveness of SMEs. The purposes of this study are to determine the effect of supply chain institutions on the performance and competitiveness of SMEs and the effect of performance on the competitivenss of SMEs. The approach used to analyze the effect of supply chain institutions on the performance and competitivness of SMEs is GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis). The access population is 9 SMEs. There are 34 respondents consist of owners and employess of SMEs determined by purposive sampling method. Variables in this research are supply chain institutions (4 indicators), business performance (3 indicators) and competitiveness (3 indicators). Based on the result of research known that there is significance influence of supply chain institutions to performance of SMEs equal to 0,824. Significant influence is also found on the relationship between supply chain institutions to the competitiveness of SMEs of 0.382, besides there is also a significant influence between business performance and competitiveness of SMEs equal to 0.634. Based on the results of the research also known that there’s partial influence of performance on mediating relationship between supply chains intitutions and competitiveness equal to 0,884.
